We had a leak issue and had to shut off the water. They had a cancellation and were able to respond the same day. Kirk was very easy to work with, flexible, knowledgable and professional. He replaced the under-sink valves in the kitchen and also took care of a drain issue and toilet issue while he was there. Their prices are very reasonable. Overall a great experience.

Our sewer line started backing up on Mother's Day and we were desperate to get someone out as soon as possible! Called our homeowner warranty company, who electronically assigned a plumbing company to us. Called them, left message, no response ever. Remembered I had a friend highly recommend Plumb & Order, found their card, called - they answered - and Wyatt was at my house within an hour and a half! Alleviated the issue, billed us a VERY reasonable rate, and also gave us a full detailed report to provide to our city plumbing (who ultimately had the responsibility to fix the problem.) Can't say enough about their very quick response (on a Sunday holiday) and how professional they are!

I have written only one other review in my 8 years of owning yelp.  And I have to write a review for Plumb & Order, these guys deserve a 5/5.  I used Plumb & Order for two separate issues in my home, with excellent results.  Special thanks to Wyatt, who came to the house for both issues.  He was extremely knowledgable and professional during the process.  He kept me filled in when changes occurred, and always kept me in the loop during the fix.  He also answered any and all questions I had, and explained things multiple times if I didn't understand.  I like to try and learn a few things so I can be a little more handy around the home in the future.  And Wyatt was able to walk me through what he was doing and how to do it if I wanted to try it again on my own.  Their estimates are extremely fair and competitive.  And when they give you a quote, they stick to it, even if issues arise that they didn't plan for.  A job well done, I will highly recommend their services to all friends and neighbors.

The best plumbing Service that I have ever dealt with. They won't try to scam you or talk you into something you don't need like other plumbers around Austin. Wyatt Is a pro at his job and can solve some really tricky and challenging problems with the lowest cost to you. He is professional and treat your house like it's the space shuttle, never leaving till the job is perfect. These guys are a 100% better than those radiant people.

Wyatt came out to my house to address a leak issue. He was quickly able to figure out the issue. Even though it wasn't something he could fix (fire sprinkler issue), he took photos for me and gave me recommendations for next steps. Very professional! Will be calling Plumb & Order first for any future plumbing issues.
