We were having a problem with our water pressure so after google showed me how to break the pressure regulator these guys came out in less than an hour after 6 pm on a weeknight and fixed it. They dug up the regulator. Replaced it and the owner cut off. They checked everything, cleaned all the faucet screens even the clothes washer. Everything just like new. Social distancing and masks too. Excellent excellent excellent.

Been in our house in Hutto for about 12 years. Had a bad stoppage in the lines at our kitchen sink. Plumb & Order sent Kirk Hughes out to fix it and he did a fantastic job! Fast, professional and very friendly, Kirk took the time to explain everything and then did everything necessary to clear the stoppage. While no one ever wants to have to call a plumber, having Plumb & Order do the job resulted in it being pretty painless. I highly recommend Plumb & Order. Thanks guys for a job well done!

We had a sewage back up into our house at night. It was frightening and it was a disaster and Kirk from plumb and order came out within one hour. He heard the situation and did not wait. He got in the car and drove from Hutto to Cedar Park. another company was called but they told me they wouldn't be there until the next day. Kirk from Plum an order came immediately. When he got there he was careful to wear a mask and booties and keep social distance during this pandemic. He was extremely professional but also very kind. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and he diagnosed it accurately. He took care of it right away! He offered us a referral for a mediation for a company that he thought was upstanding. And indeed they were very upstanding and honest. I cannot recommend plumb and order more highly! As far as I'm concerned they are our plumbers from now on!

They came in and quickly diagnosed the issue which was just a loose fixture. He explained everything he was doing to us which was nice. He fixed the problem quickly and was on his way. One of my hot water heaters died. I have a home warranty plan and Kirk from Plumb & Order to take a look at it. It had to be replaced, which wasn't cheap though thankfully the warranty paid for the new heater. When they replaced it, they discovered that the pipe to the roof was closed off which means that the heater had been spewing carbon monoxide into my attic for who know how long. It took some doing, but Wyatt was able to get onto the roof and unjam it. They didn't charge me a penny for the extra work! I highly recommend them.

Very thankful to Kirk and Wyatt for the prompt and excellent customer service, at a much better price than others quoted me! Also kudos to the woman answering the phone who is always quick to respond and very friendly. My water heater flooded my garage and laundry room and Kirk came out the same day I called to remove the water heater and tie off the line. Once I had the closet dried out with sheetrock replaced, Wyatt came out to replace the water heater and even installed combo fire/carbon monoxide detectors inside my house to bring it up to code. I called them again to help restore water pressure due to lime scale build up and again they were out the same day, and helped clear a blockage in a bathroom sink as well. Fantastic people with excellent customer service. They will be my go to plumbers going forward.
