Highly recommend Plumb One. Kevin and Bob are very professional. My bathroom was flooding every time I took a shower due to a pump issue. The pump house was also leaking which stunk up the whole house. I had them bid the one bathroom which was a very reasonable price for the work that was needed. They ended up jack hammering the whole bathroom and replacing everything. I am very impressed by their work and would recommend them every time. To this day my shower and pump works amazing and there is no more smell.

The guys at Plumb One are lifesavers. I was having water heater issues on New Year's Eve, and they were able to fix everything, regardless of the holiday. Ever since then, they've been super helpful. They were very convenient and easy to work with, and significantly cheaper than what I've paid in the past. The job was done correctly and with ease. They're an excellent family business. I have used Plumb One on several occasions--always with an urgent problem--and they have given nothing but exceptional service! I initially called on Bob because we were acquainted through our children. He and his son are efficient, courteous and knowledgable with a great work ethic. Plumb One installed a gas line from the meter to a new cook top (we had electric---yuk).

THIS IS THE BEST PLUMBER I HAVE USED IN CA, and I've been living here now 8 years.

Knowledgable, courteous, clean, on-time and at a fair price. Bob came by the night before to scope out the job, he arrived the next morning (early), the completed the job in 3.5 hours and we are, shall we say, cooking with gas!!!

Best of all, Bob's son is in the trade, so you are supporting a craftsman who is passing down his trade.

I would use him again and this is a company you can trust!!!!

Ridiculously Expensive! Be careful, he charges way too high, his quote for a water heater was $1000+ higher than others and even tried to push for a smaller heater at such a higher price. I understand that some are more expensive, but this was not reasonable. What's really bad, his service fee is also ridiculously high, he charged $125 without doing any work, just to come check the model and give a quote, even I told him the model on the phone, and he wasn't planning to fix it anyway. He also tried to get a deposit and a lot of signatures before doing any work, which I didn't experience with the other plumbers, so be cautious when dealing with him. I stopped recommending him to my neighbors.

We needed a gas line run for a gas range, so I contacted Bob Danz at Plumb One Plumbing on a recommendation. It was seriously the best contractor experience I have ever had, period. What struck me at first was how professional Bob was. Based on that we went with him over three other recommendations we were given and it was the right call. His whole crew knew exactly what they were doing. They were very friendly and courteous, but not to the point that you wondered if they should be working instead of talking. He knew to run a new line from the meter rather than teeing off from the heater as one of the other guys had suggested. They showed up when they said they would and finished by 3:00, and everything is great.

Reading Donna's review here, I wonder if she is even talking about the same company. It was 180 degrees out from my experience. Plumb One's whole crew was knowledgable, efficient and worked clean. The price was in line with what a one-man contractor that is a friend of the family quoted and they hit this job with half a dozen guys to bang it out rather than one guy taking days. I would recommend Plumb One for ANY plumbing job.

Bob and crew worked as a subcontractor for my general contractor. The work included 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a garage sink and tankless water heater. While Bob was a nice enough person, he was expensive and the work completed was very sloppy. After his work was done, we had a leak in the prep sink, one of the sink's drain plugs didn't close all the way (don't you think as a plumber you would test these things out before leaving a job site?), he left a gaping hole when he cut away cabinetry for a pipe and didn't bother to add a seal around the hole. In addition he over charged us several times for putting in a very low quality utility faucet in the garage. In the end, our general contractor fired him and now uses a different plumber for his jobs.

Affordable and reliable. Honestly tells you what you need, and what you don't need. Explained exactly what was going on with my plumbing and the best and easiest way to fix. DID NOT give me a big song-and-dance reason to spend $$$$ for something I didn't need.
