These CLOWNS ARE THEEE WORST!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! My mother's toilet was clogged needed to be snaked. They came out . Took the toilet off . Says it needs a new wax ring. Leave out to get one from Meijer. 1 and a half hours later ( she had to call them) they come back. After about 15 mins in , come tell her a pipe is put on backwards and that they need another 600 to do a crawl space check even though she told him the clean out pipe is upgraded and no longer in the crawl space. I asked him how does he know the pipe is put on backward since he has no equipment with cameras. No professional equipment. Very inexperienced . Tried to talk her (my mom) into doing an insurance job. Saying if they put a hole in the floor they'll pay (insurance company) ... I will be reaching out to the bbb on these scums, they give Harry and Marv vibes from home alone ...They prey on women and the less knowledgeable. To add insult to injury they completely left the job undone, left my mother's toilet in her hallway and ran off with the money.. I'm disputing the charges with the cc company. They're pathetic!!!! Before you call them. Just empty your wallet in the toilet and flush it.. basically you get the same results CALL ROTO ROOTER .The guy from Roto Rooter He's there putting everything professionally back together. With cameras on snakes and hydro jetting the main drain now. RUN FROM THEM PLUMB-Oo -Matic (the Wet Bandits)

I required the service of this company plumb-O-Matic. The broke my screen door and claimed they did not it was fine prior to them coming. They also change the water flow of my home when I called and asked about it after they have been paid they swear that the water flow was perfectly fine when they left. The customer service for this company was very unprofessional.

I have an old house and noticed a leaky water pipe in my basement. Plumb-O-Matic was the first to call me back, came out that same night to evaluate the problem and returned the next day at the scheduled time with the right parts to make the repair in under an hour. The price was reasonable, too. I'm pleased.

I'd give them a 0 if I could. By far the worst company I could have possibly hired for a leak. The lack of morals, respect for my home and time is astounding. I was without a home for months. They wouldn't work but instead play games or sit in the car. Wouldn't come over until after 4 (now I know it's Bc they failed to pull a permit) and just all around absolutely terrible people

Everything was done in a very professional and friendly manner. I have utilized this company twice and was very pleased both times. They took the time to explain everything to me and were very patient with me when I could not find my debit card, which was very embarassing...lol

Worst company you could hire; when I went to complain to the Better Bussines Burue, which they claim to be accredited from, I was informed that they are fraudulently claiming to have that rating. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

CUSTOMERS BEWARE - COMPLETE SCAM AND RIP OFF!!!
Called these guys up last week to get repairs on two leaking toilets, a broken handle on the third one, as well as, replace a solenoid on the humidifier. These guys showed up and after looking for 5 minutes at everything told me the only way to fix the leaking problems was to get completely new toilets for $650 each. Asked for $150 to replace the handle (!!!) and $520 to replace the solenoid! When everything added up it was about two grand. According to them the reason for total replacement was complete lack of knowing what parts to get, as they couldn't tell what model the toilets were, even though there was a clear Mansfield label on one of them. After paying $60 for their completely useless visit, I've spent a whopping 15 minutes researching Mansfield repair kits. Got two of those for $30 each and a humidifier solenoid for $90. Once everything arrived, it took an ""entire"" hour to replace the leaking fill valves on the toilets and 10 minutes to replace the solenoid thus saving me from dropping almost two grand to these scam artists. One thing to add, I've never dealt with plumbing repairs in my entire life and it took me less than an hr and a half to get everything fixed while these ""professionals"" claimed they couldn't repair it unless they replaced the entire thing.
Stay away from this place and if you did call them, don't fall for their peddling sales tactics and better call someone else! Or better yet do a little research for basic toilet repairs and do them yourself to save some serious money!

i had a toilet replaced that was 60 years old...dillon sent a crew that could handle the job..toilet had to be removed in pieces because of rusted bottom bolts...water leakage was because of a seal leak..jason determined that there was no damage to the drain.... both rob and matt very helpful getting new toilet into my second floor bathroom ( very heavy ) and reconstructing the toilet from the box it came in..workmanship all professional..they cleaned up after themselves...these guys shold be your plumber also...john p. sebastian...thanks again dillon & staff...
