I've been in construction for a long time and worked with a lot of different plumbers over the years and Brian is by far one of the best. He actually shows up on time, does good clean work and is reasonably priced. When we remodeled our master bathroom he had everything completed on time and under budget and he actually cleaned up after himself! He also came out right away and replaced our water heater when it failed. I have recommended Brian to several of my friends and they all have had nothing but good things to say about Plumb-Merica.

We hired Brian to install plumbing in two separate bathrooms in our house that were being remodeled. He was there after the spaces were demo'd to install everything, and came back after the tile work, etc was completed in order to install fixtures and finish the job. At that point, he realized that he had installed the wrong valve in one of the showers. We had guests coming in the next day, so he put a temp tub spout in place for them to use the shower, and we agreed that after our guests left he could come back and install a different tub spout that fit the incorrect valve he installed, versus the tub spout we had ordered that matched the rest of the fixtures.

We've now been waiting a month to hear back from him. Our fault that we had paid him the day the work was supposed to be completed, so he took our money and left the project unfinished. So after being patient and flexible with finding a solution to the problem he caused, we'll now have to purchase a new tub spout, and hire another plumber to fix what he messed up.
