We had a major issue where our sewer line was backed up and we couldn't use any water in our house. Cameron was awesome and got us scheduled very quickly to have the pipe under our driveway repaired. The team showed up on time and did the job quickly and re-enforced the repair area with concrete. The price was also reasonable for such a large job. Great company, highly recommend. Edit: Forgot to mention that they repaired our driveway for us afterward to make sure it was usable! Thanks again for going the extra mile

Our toilet randomly started overflowing on evening when my husband was washing dishes in the kitchen. We tried to plunge it and realized we had a bigger problem on our hands...Our daughter flushed the toilet upstairs and it came out of the downstairs toilet! We quickly found Plump Medic online and noticed their great reviews. Cameron and Jesse came out the next morning and were able to narrow down the issue, give an estimate, and line up a tractor and crew to return the following day for the big dig. Cameron and his crew of 3 guys had to break our sidewalk, dig up our sewer line and pinpoint the location of a grease clog in a 4"""" pipe. They replaced the pipe, replanted our landscaping to our approval, and were on their way in 5 hour time span. The best plumbers we've ever dealt with! If you have a tough plumbing issue, these are your guys!

I needed a complete gas line installation for a pool heater. Atlanta Gas and Light scheduled a new line installation/upgrade for 2 psi service from the street gas main to my house but I needed to have the line from the house to the pool heater installed. Contacted Cameron at Pool Medic who came to house and gave a recommendation and a fair price. They showed up promptly on same day as AGL and installed new house line while AGL installed new line from street to house. It went perfect and Cameron and Jessie did a great job. Second time I have used them and they have exceeded my expectations both times. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend these guys. Found them through Yelp and was a little hesitant at first because the reviews seemed too good to be true. I can say that I'm really glad that I gave them the chance. They're straight shooters when it comes to telling you what's wrong and I felt like they really care about their customers. They respond pretty quickly and make every effort to get your problems resolved in a speedy manner. Pricing wise, they're fair and will lay out your options. I had a water heater replacement and a few other odd jobs. Prices were fair and they worked with me since I bundled the water heater with other jobs. I messaged Cameron first thing in the morning and he was able to come out the same day to do the work. Overall, awesome experience and I would definitely consider them again for any future work.

EXTREMELY FAST response time!!! We requested a quote at 10:43 PM and were surprised to hear back within minutes. Cameron, the plumb medic, was at our house early the next morning. He was professional and got right down to business solving our main water line issue. He quickly knew what was causing the leak and fixed it immediately. Oh and to top it all off their pricing was lower than we expected!!! I would highly reccommend using the Plumb Medic for your plumbing issues. We will forever call them first!
