Well we had a plumbing issue with our drains. Called Plumb-Medic, one of the owners, Cameron, answered the phone. Said they would be out to quote the next day. Not a week later, not in 3 days the next day. After receiving the quote, they let me know they were willing to fix our problem on the following day which happened to be a Saturday. They worked all day to make sure that our problem is solved. Long story short. We have two plumbers now, Jessie and Cameron. Thanks guys! Will be passing your name around to anyone that needs a plumber.

What first struck me about Plumb Medic is that my call was answered immediately! I needed to get a kitchen faucet set installed. Cameron explained the info, set the appt and they did a very efficient job. I like that they were on time, called ahead and were so pleasant to work with. Plumbing Shouldn't Cost an arm and a leg this is on their web site it cost me $400 per hour and wanted me to do some of the work I turned the valve back on he showed me but no water ....and what a bad job filling up the hole ..well did show up to find out another valve was off

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. We've had minor issues with our sump pump over the years and it recently started making such a loud grinding noise that it was shaking the entire house. These guys were very easy to communicate with, timely, and obviously know their stuff. There were many issues identified by them with how the whole thing was set up. Now that they have fixed it, the sump pump has gone from making loud angry noises to a gentle purr. Pricing was also very reasonable. I will definitely use these guys for any future needs.

Plumb Medic has been in our lives since we moved to Georgia a few years ago. As people in the construction industry ourselves, I can't say enough about this company and how they operate. Cain, Eric and Cameron have come to our aid time and time again with any issue we have, big or small. But I will say, the big ones - they truly shine. They are family to us now. I have never seen work ethic like this. They care about what they do and also educate us about all the goings on. Trust is a big deal for us, and they have ours. If we ever move, we will try our best to have Plumb Medic come with. There aren't many professionals like this and we feel very fortunate to have them by our side.

We had our pressure reducing valve and expansion tank replaced and couldn't have asked for better service. The communication was timely - we knew when they would be available and they called and confirmed closer to the repair appointment. They gave options on the work needed and gave clear quotes. We would recommend them!

I requested a quote on yelp to a couple different companies and Plumb Medic was at least 5% less than others and very upfront about pricing. We received same day service and excellent service as well! We just moved into an older home, so I'm positive that we will continue to use Plumb Medic for any plumbing concerns.

You can trust them! I will never call another plumber. They are great, down to earth guys with a lot of experience that opened their own company. We had another issue and after fixing that, another company told us that we needed to replace our 'valve'. And, because they couldn't find it would need to tear up our yard to place another one. Guess what, ours was in plain site and nothing is wrong with it. They could very easily have given us a lower estimate to 'fix it' but, that's not how they run their business. They just saved us $2k today!

Woke up Sunday morning to water leaking from somewhere near the foundation. I reached out to Plumb Medic and they knew right away what it was. They came out the next day before noon and repaired the cracked tubing as it entered our home. No surprises, I would recommend them in the future. Thanks, John
