Great company. On time, free estimates and beat most prices offered. I've heard from costumers they had previously and they say the quality of work is impeccable. I have to agree. The owner is big as a moose I say that kindly because he is a workhorse and they don't leave the job until it's done and done right.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. We've had minor issues with our sump pump over the years and it recently started making such a loud grinding noise that it was shaking the entire house. These guys were very easy to communicate with, timely, and obviously know their stuff. There were many issues identified by them with how the whole thing was set up. Now that they have fixed it, the sump pump has gone from making loud angry noises to a gentle purr. Pricing was also very reasonable. I will definitely use these guys for any future needs.

Plumb Medic was super responsive. Cameron called to talk through the issues and we set an appointment for the next day (at my request not same day). Their communication was efficient (texting system confirming appointment and letting me know when Nick was on the way). Nick was prompt, courteous, and efficient. While I never hope to need a plumber like this again, I would use Plumb Medic. As a note: like many places are today, credit and debit cards are a 3% fee. So have a check ready if you can.

I had called and left a message on Thursday. He called me and I stated what I needed done. He told me that he would be here between 3:30-6:30. I waited and he never showed nor called. I have never experienced anything like this. Not a great way to run a business especially if it is yours. Would not recommend.

I could have left this review a year ago - and here I am FOUR major plumbing services later reviewing this company. I LOVE THESE GUYS!!! Cain came out first on a Saturday to fix a main pipe that had experienced root intrusion. I had water backing up into my home! Had only been in it over a month. Then the owner Cameron came out and replaced 2 toilets ( which had been installed very badly - didn't know that could even happen!). Then came a filtration unit that was Not a standard installation and we just finished up a whole house re-pipe! Yes, our """"new"""" home of 18 months is feeling a little like a money pit - but it's to be expected. On to the plumbers - THEY ARE WONDERFUL!! I am Happy to pay for a service which is well done and you will get GREAT service with Cameron and his crews! These guys show up on time ready to work - and they work hard! They are professional and Cameron is a wonderful owner to deal with. Honest, professional, and hard working. His crews are just the same! I have not one complaint with these guys and I have seen them often! If you are searching for a Reliable, Dependable, Professional, and Quality plumbing company - Look No Further. Had a massive water leak under my slab. Plumb Medic came out after locate found the leak. Cain and Erik were on the job until it was completed. They had to drill through an 11"""" slab to get access to the pipes. Unfortunately, once the first leak was fixed a second one was discovered. Some more jack hammering and they were able to get it fixed. Again my situation was on the tougher side but these guys manged it like the pros they are. I will absolutely use Plumb Medic again for future unexpected issues and some corrective issues others could not solve. Responsive, Professional, Transparent.
