We had an aged hot water heater and a broken PRV. I also wanted to get some kind of recirculation system, because in the original construction of our house, the kitchen sink is apparently the furthest distanced faucet from the hot water coming into the house. The kithchen sink would take around 2-3 minutes of running on hot to really start warming up. Plumb-Medic was the only business that did not charge a fee to come onsite and provide an estimate (rare these days). They also quoted fairly and much lower than others. They did the job professionally and respectfully, and we have zero complaints. The kitchen sink is hot within seconds, not minutes, and everything so far is humming along as it should. Will be keeping their digits in my phone for any future needs.

Called Plumb Medic for a water heater valve replacement. I already had another plumber come out twice but they kept telling me Rheem sent an incomplete assembly. Rheem swears they didn't. I was on day 7 without hot water. Called Plumb Medic and Cain came out same day, at 8pm to get it fixed. Knowledgeable technician and great customer service when you call. Final cost was cheaper than quote from the other plumber. I would definitely use them again.

Plumb Medic has been in our lives since we moved to Georgia a few years ago. As people in the construction industry ourselves, I can't say enough about this company and how they operate. Cain, Eric and Cameron have come to our aid time and time again with any issue we have, big or small. But I will say, the big ones - they truly shine. They are family to us now. I have never seen work ethic like this. They care about what they do and also educate us about all the goings on. Trust is a big deal for us, and they have ours. If we ever move, we will try our best to have Plumb Medic come with. There aren't many professionals like this and we feel very fortunate to have them by our side.

No one ever wants to have to call a plumber. Unless you already know a great plumber, it is a little nerve wracking to look for a plumber all the while hoping that you find one that is reputable, professional, has great customer service, and be able to trust what they tell you. Thankfully I found Plumb Medic!!! From placing the service ticket on their website all the way through the fix, both Cameron and Kane were great! Kane was great from the moment that he arrived. He patiently walked me through and showed me what needed to be done as he was diagnosing the issue. He provided some great advice around some things that I know need to be addressed. He quadrupled checked that everything was working correctly before he left and he really just took his time to make sure things were correct. I am really thankful that I found Plumb Medic via the Yelp reviews. I have some additional work that I know I need completed and will most definitely be using Plumb Medic again.
