We had a pipe on our septic ejector tank in the basement spewing water. The carpet was soaked and I called my regular plumber, who said they were too busy to come fix it same day. After a few other calls (where I had to leave messages), I reached Cameron at Plumb Medic (found on a yelp search) directly and he agreed to come out on his way home from a job in Kennesaw. As promised, he arrived that evening and had the pipe fixed in about 15 minutes! We were so grateful for his work...This is who we will call from now on...Very knowledgeable and dependable.

We had a stuck toilet in a basement bathroom that would not flush properly despite being plunged and augured. I finally decided to call a pro and these guys answered on the second ring. They were at my house within 20 min to take a look at the problem. It was determined the sewage pump had failed and needed to be replaced. This was a Friday and the appointment to replace was made for Monday afternoon so a very quick turnaround. They were very detailed in explaining how the system worked and why it likely failed. They also install a better grade of pump than the original builders version (which only lasted 4 years), which should last at least 10+ years. They arrived on time and finished the job quickly with no problems. I would highly recommend them.

Came to my house within an hour of talking to them on the phone. Assessed the issue, gave me 2 options for fixing it, and were back to my house the next day to do the work. They charged me a fair price, and completed the replacement of my water pipe connecting to the City man within a few hours. We recently had 5 toilets replaced in our house. We went to 4 more modern Toto single unit toilets and 1 high end Toto with heated seat, bidet, etc. The regular 4 toilets were a breeze but the high end required replacing the flange, bolting down a special unit to mount the toilet. Cameron and Jessie handled these situations without any difficulty, cleaned up their mess and warrantied their work for 1 year. Our initial bid had to be adjusted since the broken flange was not expected and it took some work to remove and replace this and add the special Toto mount. All is done, work was done to our satisfaction and both workers were very pleasant and professional. Would recommend them highly.

Jesse and Cameron came out to fix a pinhole leak in one of our ceiling pipes, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. They showed up quickly, fixed the pipe immediately, and were so personable. The pricing was very reasonable too! I'll only be using them moving forward!
