I was upgrading my bathroom facilities and needing two toilets replaced I called Jim Kavanagh with Plumb Masters. Jim listened to my explanation of what I was trying to accomplish in my bathroom upgrade. I had already bought the two toilets, two service lines and two water shut-offs needed to complete the job. I needed Jim and his talented coworker's expertise in changing out the two units. Jim was able to quote me a fair price over the phone. After receiving several more bids I felt like Jim was the right contractor for my project. I called Jim a couple days later and he was able to work me in that same day. Jim and his coworker arrived on time at the agreed upon time. They went right to work changing out my toilets. These guys are professionals and I enjoyed watching them apply their skills. They completed the job in no time cleaning up their mess before leaving. They also hauled away the old units. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied with the results. I would recommend Jim and his coworker to anybody needing plumbing service.
