I scheduled an appointment time. They rescheduled it that afternoon. And then they failed to show up for the new appointment a day later. The plumber did call an hour late and said he could make it in 2 more hours. I did use this contractor 4 years ago, but then there was a problem with showing up on time too. Ironically a shut off valve they installed then was the current problem now. I'm located outside of linn, mo.

I got screwed out of $246.00 to replace 2 hot water heater elements and touch a tester to the thermostats. Was told this will fix the problem. Same thing. I even paid for the elements ahead of time. I replaced the thermostats myself and then did it work. I should have given that money to a bum. It would have done some good. If you use this company, youre an idiot. Flush your money down the shitter.

Was told to call if it didn't solve th eproblem. I did. No call back, nothing. What a big waste of money. I guess the 2 great reviews are from relatives.

We had Ryan come out and install a new kitchen sink with faucet etc. Therefore he had to take out remove the old sink and faucet along with disconnecting the garbage disposal. . . then reconnect everything. . . . . . Only he failed to reconnect the dishwasher tube to the disposal. So this morning when I left for work and I started the dishwasher I came home to water all under the sink and it leaked under the floor so it appears our floor may be ruined as well as the decking under the sink. And it was so expensive!!

Great service. They came when they said they would, and were very reasonable. the bill in at the estimated price even though they couldn't see the problem because it was hidden behind a wall and everything is working fine. One concern... They left the huge water heater box and I really don't have an easy way to get rid of it.

I would absolutely recommend and will use again if I need them, but will be sure to negotiate hauling off the debris.

I can't say enough about this company. We had a total restoration of our historic home and these guys went over and beyond to get the job done so we could have running water by move in day. They worked well besides 5 other tradesmen on the job site and were conscience of our strong desire to historically restore the home. They showed up every day and on time! Highly recommend. Definitely have our future business!
