Oscar from Plumb Loco was great! He offered me a free estimate on my water pressure situation, and when he arrived fixed it and refused to take anything for the work. He felt he'd just made some minor adjustments, and could not charge me for them. Now tell me is that not refreshing? He was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable about my situation. I would give him another ""star"" if I could. I know who I'll be calling in the future, and so should anyone else who needs plumbing work done.

Best experience from first phone call to job complete! We had a drain clog in our laundry area that did some serious water damage to our wood floors, bedroom carpet and cabinets (no more wood floors within a block of water lines!). Also, the bathroom sink drain was sluggish and I wanted to discuss replacing that sink with a new one. I found Plumb Loco on YELP and was already experiencing a sense of relief after reading 100% satisfied customer reviews. Oscar seemed genuinely kind and considerate on the phone and was quick to get me scheduled. He arrived as promised, inspected our home and made sure our drains were clear, then he discussed options with me for the sink replacement and provided practical solutions to safeguard against future leak disasters. The whole experience was quite therapeutic and put me at ease, thank you! I am so happy right now. You have lived up to your YELP reputation! Keep up the great work!

After calling them they said they'd get back to me the next day, and they didn't. When they finally came to look at my leaky toilet a few days later, Arturo told me the whole job would cost $300 and it would take 3 hours. I later called another company with 300 excellent reviews on yelp, they fixed the problem in 15 minutes and charged half the price ($153). I could tell Plumb Loco was trying to upsell (scammers!).

Thanks, Yelpers! Steered me to a great plumber. Very patient, explained options, got the work done on an old running toilet, and I will definitely call soon to pre-empt a very old water heater before it floods and ruins my garage. Oscar was very thoughtful, respectful and deserves those 5 stars.

I had some issues with my older showers. One recently got stuck on and needed a new cartridge. The old cartridge seemed impossible to removed. Our other shower was facing similar issues and had started dripping water from the handle when turned off.

Oscar and his team were able to come by two days later (perfect for my schedule). They completed three tasks (two older bath/showers and one toilet). in just a few hours. Very professional and nice. I will definitely call Plumb Loco the next time I have plumbing needs in my home and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Wow, Oscar and his guys were great! Came within the morning after my frantic call for a water heater replacement emergency. Did a very thorough and professional job in a few hours including some soldering old pipes and bringing both gas and water lines and connections up to code, placing a new vent two stories high, and earthquake strapping. Price was very reasonable and matched the quote. Oscar was very personable and knowledgeable. I will call him again for sure.

Read the reviews on Yelp and thought we need to give this one a try. We live in an old home in North Park and too often need plumbing repairs.. Have used a couple different plumbers and work's been fine but thought prices were a bit high. Well, I guess we had no idea... Called up and spoke with Oscar. Very professional and even sent us out a quote by email. Very nice touch. He came out fixed problems - under sink had old leaky valve that they replaced, also put in 2 plastic pipe pieces that connect to sink. After paying bill, my husband questioned if maybe the price was a bit much for what we got. We had no idea how big the problem was beforehand, but actual time in the home working on job by Plumb Loco was under 25 minutes - and the bill was almost $250. Well we went to Home Depot and priced parts - came out to $17. So we paid a rate of over $400/hr for labor! That's way too much. Decided to make some calls to get an idea of what other's would have charged us. Well, the estimated quotes varied between $100 and $185, but none were near the quote from Plumb Loco. Our mistake for not doing enough research, but can't understand why these guys charge so much. It's ridiculous. It's plumbing, not dentistry.

This review is WAY overdue! Oscar and his team literally saved Thanksgiving for me and my family last year. I smelled a gas leak in my house and SDGE shut off my gas, a week before I was going to host my first Thanksgiving dinner. Thank goodness I called Plumb Loco for help. Oscar was able to come up with a plan to get my gas turned back on and they went to work. They worked full days for 3 days in a row, basically redoing the gas lines in my 100+ year old house. They eliminated a lot of inefficient piping and installed a tankless water heater. Now my gas and water bills have significantly decreased. They went above and beyond and my gas was turned back on 3 hours before my grandmother showed up for the holidays. Phew!

If you're looking for a great plumber, look no further. I would recommend their services any day!

I called Plumb Loco on the recommendation of my next door neighbor. We needed an airgap installed for our new dishwasher. Oscar was very accommodating and came out the next business morning. He was punctual and professional. We explained the situation to him and he and my husband starting discussing other plumbing issues. My husband was quite impressed with Oscar's knowledge base - and my husband is not an easy one to impress. He can spot a fraud immediately but felt very comfortable with Plumb Loco.

We ended up not needing a plumber after all, but we will definitely be using Oscar and Plumb Loco in the future. It's not easy to find a reliable, honest plumber. We would highly recommend this company!
