Our home warranty company hired them. We'd bought a new house, and within weeks our shower drain was leaking into the downstairs ceiling.

They cut into the ceiling and ""fixed"" the leak the first time, and we waited three days for it to set. As soon as we turned the water on it leaked like they hadn't done anything.

They ""fixed"" it a second time, and we waited several more days. This time it held for about two months before leaking again.

Now the home warranty company is hiring someone else to fix it. But we have to pay the deductible again. And pay to get the ceiling fixed again.

So this has been fun. And they say Congress is bad at their jobs...

Chad came to my home and found 2 water leaks which was under my foundation of 18 inch concrete. Amazing!!! He was very kind and professional. His excellent service is worth more than 5 stars. Today Gary came out and fixed my toilets and was a wealth of knowledge answering all of my questions. Plumb Line has been out to my house on two separate occasions for diffrent issues. I keep forgetting to review these guys, EXCELLENT business!!!!! Our kitchen sink was stopped. I mean would not even drain slowly. It was still water. My husband is very handy and has a close friend who is a plumber and he had gone on plenty of jobs with him way back when. We did NOT want to hire anyone, were pretty broke at the time so tried everything before calling. We bought gallons of stuff at Lowe's that was supposed to clear the pipes (spent at least $100 on various chemicals), bought a second snake, bought attachment to second snake, etc. The clog was so bad it messed up both snakes and after DAYS trying to clear it (he was in basement for 4 days all day long) my husband called Plumb line. We had been washing dishes in our bathtub for a week!!!!

Enter first guy. I think he might have been an apprentice. When my husband had spoken to Greg on the phone he explained what he had already tried and what didn't work. We were a little upset we were going to be charged hourly when this guy was doing what we'd already tried. He was here for over four hours and all we could see were dollar signs. Well, he finally called Greg and he showed up. I think Greg was here for two hours.

Turned out former owners of our home owned a fried carnival ELEPHANT EAR business. We think they poured grease out in sinks here from the vats used to fry the elephant ears when they lived here. Greg said he hadn't seen pipes this terrible except for restaurants. He Jimmied his snake up somehow....almost ruined his I think but did his magic and our pipes were clear...CLEAR!!!!!! Water goes down so fast now.

Best part was he did not charge us for the other guy being here doing the same my husband had tried first four hours. Our final bill? $200. I was thrilled. Greg is honest and fair and I will only call him from now on and would recommend him to everyone.

It's been 1-1/2 years (can't believe I forgot to review) and our pipes are perfect. Best. Plumber. Ever.

I took 1/2 day off from work to have these guys come in and install a shower, sink and toilet. Two hours later, they show up. Not even a phone call to let me know they would be late. I was so disgusted with their lame excuse, I dismissed them! If you can't even provide a courtesy phone call, then you're not worthy of my time.
