Neal S.Always get great and honest service from Plumb Level.
Had problem with my salt-based water softener using way to much salt. Turns out the hardness scale was incorrectly set at 150 grains, should have been 15. The flush cycle was set at 300 gallons as opposed to 2400 gallons. Allan fixed both quickly and his assistant even added another bag is salt. NO CHARGE!

Mehran N.I am. Not happy they have done more damage than before they started in 15 minutes for 250 $ i called them back they ask for another 189 dollars to fix the wich was 20 minutes I paid them he said to do it right takes another 790 $ I said no that's enough
Carlson H.The estimate I got was way over what it should have been. I should have shopped around as this was not an urgent repair. Paying $1800 total for diagnosing and replacing one foot of pipe junction is not reasonable. Even the Plumb Level. manager agreed this was too high for the actual work, but I didn't get money back because he has " bills to pay ". I regret contracting this company. Don't be an idiot like me. I am happy that the work was done... and that at least somebody gets to enjoy my money,
