Okay.. I normally don't do reviews.. But when I feel I can help other people avoid being taken advantage of. I'm going to say something. We had new granite counters and a new sink installed in our kitchen yesterday. And I had intended to put the new faucet and garbage disposal in myself.(a job pretty much anyone could do) But things have been crazy and my wife suggested having a plumber do it. So.. Apon referrals we had seen. She called Plumb it. Scott (I believe his name was) was nice and eager to help.. My wife explained the work we needed and asked what his fee would be.. I didn't need to hear what he said.. The look on her face said it all. $500!!!! $500 to slip a faucet in a hole.. Tighten the nut that holds it. Hook up two flexible water lines by hand.. Bolt a garbage disposal on and hook up two wires.. A job ANY plumber worth his salt could do in under a hour.. A job almost every review on amazon (for the garbage disposal) said ""was the easiest install they had ever done.. 20 Min. Tops!!"" I don't care how nice of a guy he is.. I don't care how good of a plumber he is.. He's not worth $500 an hour.. And let's just say for one second that he's the slowest plumber on the planet. And it takes him twice the amount of time it should take.. 2 hours.. That's still $250 an hour labor.. Thanks but no thanks.. I'll do it myself. And If.. Like me.. You don't have money to just throw out the window. And don't like being taken advantage of.. I'd Look elsewhere for a plumber..

We had water in our basement due to a clogged drain pip in the floor and he came out and did a great job. Very professional and even gave us advice about another issue we had in the house.

I don't really know about what plumbing normally cost but I was in a significant bind when my downstairs condo neighbor told me their ceiling leaked when we used the shower. I called Plumb It and they were out the next day, found and repaired the problem and were very friendly and considerate on the job. Very pleased with my experience!

Plumb It was highly recommended to me. I know why.
Scott was readily available to tackle a unique hot water heater problem. Another plumber who had done the original work, was clueless about the problem after three visits, shrugged it all off, and left me in limbo.
Plumb It researched the problem (which was actually very simple) and fixed it.
They responded quickly, were very concerned with my needs, charged reasonably, and gave me a tremendous amount of satisfaction. Scott and his team do it right.

Working with Scott makes taking of plumbing in the house a pleasure. Yes. I have dreaded calling a plumber and the decisions you have to make on the spot and the feeling that you are not getting the full picture had stopped me from taking care of or updating things in the house. Till I called Scott one day. He had his guys in the house as scheduled and ensured that things were going ok while they were there and came by to check in on the work. The charges were very reasonable and made me dust up a slew of projects. There are no tactics when you work with Scott other than that you are one team working together to get your plumbing project completed right. Highly recommend him and PlumbIt.

I was satisfied with plumb it. They came to my house on time within a day's notice of first phone call. Additionally, that day was New Year's Eve which I really appreciated. They installed a trim kit in my shower that another plumber could not complete. They were knowledgable and worked efficiently, getting the job done quickly. I supplied all the parts and labor was $225. Less labor cost could have been nice, but considering the punctuality, knowledgable individuals, and getting the job done quickly it was worth it. Thanks! I would use them again.

I had no idea how they get so many five stars.

I had hired them to change shower valve. The Delta Monitor valve start to leaking on Saturday, he charge extra $100 because it is holiday weekend. Because the valve we want is not available, the worker put on two caps after cut the valve off and would come back the second time. This gave them another reason the charge extra $100 for the need to come back again. So the first service, ask them to cut off the old valve and put caps on cost $350. The work for putting on the new valve is $600, plus the cost of valve. The above are agreed cost before ask their service, very expensive, but I can't complain too much.

They charged me $300 for the valve, I asked for the receipt of the valve, and he refused to give me. I can find from Ebay at $130 for this valve. The whole cost of changing show valve for Delta Monitor 1800 added up to $1240. The first time, the worker spent about 1 hour, and the second time, less than 1 hour, and the cost of labor is $650.

That is crazy.
