Our water heater suddenly stopped working. My husband called a company and they sent a guy out. He stood in the doorway of our laundry room, took a picture then preceeded to tell us nothing could be done and we'd have to pay 2400.00 to replace it. We were stressed out considering that we'd just bought the home 3 weeks prior and were tapped out of money. Two days later I called this company. They immediately sent out a technician, Brendan. He got into that tight space, took it apart and fixed it! So happy that I actually cried. I will never use another company again! They will be our goto for all of our furnace and plumbing needs from here on out! I cannot express how grateful I am for Brendan. If you want a company that will actually do the work, be honest and someone you can trust, go with this company!!!!

I woke up without hot water yesterday. I found my 17 year old water heater leaking from the inside and will not light. A quick search on the Bradford White site and found Plumb-It in my area. I am grateful that they were able to installed a new 75 gallon on the same day. The crew answered all my questions and clean up afterwards. The whole process was great and without surprises. I can't thank Scott and the Plumb It team enough for their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. We've had a few plumbing issues over the past few months, including an upstairs toilet that overflowed and saturated the flooring in an adjacent bedroom and ceiling of the garage. Plumb It was out within an hour of the call to stop the ""flood"" and was followed by ServPro of Naperville. And last night, I discovered water around the water heater in the basement -- Scott called this morning and very patiently walked me through to assess the cause (fortunately, the problem is likely related to construction in the area). I had minimal hot water for a week and a half. I had a plumber come in and did not know what he was doing and completely took out my whole hot water. I was sooo frustrated. The guys installed a new toilet and pedestal sink today, they did a great job!

Yesterday, I found out that my guest bathroom shower was only running scalding hot water and needed this fixed for my parents to be able to shower. I called so many people to see if anyone would be available to come out that day to fix it. No one had availability until next week. I called these guys at 230pm and within 30 mins- I had someone out at my place and fixed my shower cartridge within 15 minutes. These guys are amazing and would definitely recommend them! I will definitely be using them again for my future issues!

The drain in my kitchen was clogged and after call several plumbers who were all too busy to show, Plumb-It appeared in about 1.5 hours following my request for help. Within 45 min, the problem was fixed and the technicians were on to the next house. Great service and great response.

Holy cow. We just bought an older house and Plumb-It has been a lifesaver! They came out when we found wet pipes in the basement from under our shower and diagnosed new tiling being needed. Then we got a new fridge without an ice maker, and the old pipe was leaking. They came out and fixed that. Then a clogged bathroom sink drain caused a problem and they came out and replaced the overly clogged pipe and I had them install a new toilet and shut off valves under the sink. In just a few weeks we've needed them three times and every time, the owner Scott helped us through the issue, got us in the schedule, and his workers did a great job. They cleaned up, were friendly, explained everything... I will never call anyone else for plumbing issues. Be patient as they are swamped right now, but holy cow, this business is amazing.
