They replaced my expansion tank on my water heater that was leaking. It was quick, not crazy expensive, and they did not suggest anything extraneous. They also shop vacced all the water out that was in my drain pans, very nice. Hot water works fine now and no more leak.

I switched my business over to Plumb Intended after our last ""go-to plumber"" left us with a fat bill and multiple unfinished jobs in a row. Jacob and his crew had been highly recommended in my neighborhood, so I decided to give them a try on a busted pipe (slow leak) I had found in my closet. They came in, fixed the leak, and I was quickly on my way to patch the drywall.

When I had an issue with a hot water heater at another property, my fiancé accidentally called out our previous plumber -- they threw out some WILD numbers - $500 for the service, an extra $250 for the part (weird as it was under warranty), and then he started throwing out a full replacement cost of $2300 - all these figures had been quoted BEFORE THE TECH EVEN LOOKED AT THE SYSTEM. Luckily we told them we'd wait for the part to come in from Rheem and were able to call up the guys at Plumb Intended when it did. After $175 fee for the service call, we had the new part delivered from the manufacturer installed.

These folks quickly became our go-to guys (despite my fiancés memory lapse in calling the guys I swore I'd never use again), and I'll continue to use them again and again and across all our properties in the area!! I appreciate the responsiveness, ability to come out quickly (when possible) and for being reasonably priced. It's never fun spending money on repairs, but feeling like you're getting a fair deal is a relief. Just wanted to say thank you for your help and for continuing to earn our business. I refer you to anyone who will listen. :)

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the ""leak"" was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

These guys crushed it on a pretty extensive project adding new plumbing and trenching a line to a separate building. The team was professional and took care of everything in a timely manner. Would highly recommend without a doubt for any plumbing needs no matter the size of the project.
