My tenant contacted them for a clog , they said it cleared and charged $250 , they pulled mud on the line so assumed a leak under slab, they cut floor and repaired iron line , I was attempting to contact the tenant to go in and view the work before paying, I was able to enter today to find that there is still a leak, they did not take pictures of the leak or the work done , I do not know if they even did the work. My tenant said when he told them the leak was still active the plumber refused to come back and look at it. I will pay the bill As opposed to filing a claim against them , I would advise to proceed with caution if doing business with this company.
