Wanted to let everyone know that my plumbing problems are fixed. Now for some tear out and clean up. I used Plumb Honest, Inc. and Tim the owner gave me an estimate which was less than some others but more than some. I found him on yelp and explained my problem asking for quotes. He was the only one who asked me any intelligent questions before the quote. After arriving today it turned out the problem was a bit more complicated. He worked almost all day. He fixed everything and refused a penny more than he had estimated. He also paid my son $100 of his fee for being his helper today. He is as honest as can be and does very good work. He especially focuses on seniors, handicapped, single parents and military. He doesn't like to see them ripped off. Plumb Honest comes highly recommended. 850 758 6237.

Tim is a great guy who does great work! We were very comfortable having him come and go from our home during the week or so it took to get the job done, and his prices were definitely fair. Tim re-plumbed our entire gas system for a new stove and wall heater. Given the age of our home, we decided to make it all new which aligns with Tim's philosophy of 'Doing it right the first time'. He takes his time to ensure it's done correctly and with proven methods (old school pipes versus flex tubing everywhere), and pulls a permit when required by code for the job. Tim doesn't do hasty work to get to the next customer; a true craftsman. As a bonus, he even came back to ensure our stove was hooked up correctly and replaced a leaky cartridge in our bathroom to boot. Called Tim, scheduled service, he text me the scheduled morning (Tuesday)and said he would have to reschedule. It was not an emergency, so we rescheduled for Friday. Friday morning he text saying he would be out Sunday at 10, of course he did not show, no phone or text...

I had a flusher on my toilet that had been leaking my sewer bill into the toilet literally. Tim came out and refurbished the toilet with new parts. Everything appeared to be good until the next morning. I found that there was a small leak where one of the seals wasn't lined up correctly. I called Tim about it. He dropped everything and drove straight from Gulf Breeze to fix it at no extra charge with an apology. Tim does good work and stands behind his work. If you are looking for a plumber, this is him. Hire him now.

I was pleased with both the work and his reasonable price. What impressed me the most was that he after he found that he didn't have the right part, he didn't charge for the time that it took for him to go get the part he needed.

Had a leak detection service out who found a minor exterior leak. Hired Plumb Honest out to fix it. Halfway through the job, Tim discovered a more serious leak coming from inside the slab that the leak detection service had missed. He agreed to return the next day with more equipment to tackle the bigger problem. The job was a nightmare. Tim is a Navy veteran and he had his prior-Seabee work cut out for him. He used sound equipment to find the exact spot of the leak in the slab, a jackhammer to get to it, saws to cut and run new pipe, and concrete to patch the slab. Out the door for a VERY fair price. He was a pleasure to work with. He never left me without running water and stuck to his word to work around my very tricky schedule. Would highly recommend.

At first I thought Tim was great when I first met him for the estimate to completely re-plumb my house. I got the estimate in early December and was told he would start 1st or 2nd week of January. I was then put off until mid-February. On February 17th I receive an email giving me more excuses. Also, he didn't want to pull a permit at first for a complete re-plumb!!! Can you believe that??? Then he said he would since I wanted him to. I would be weary of this guy. He seems to be wishy-washy, unsure of himself. I dropped him on the 17th. I will move on to a real plumber

If you are looking for a plumber who is honest, reliable, professional, and genuinely takes pride in his work, call Plumb Honest and have Tim come out and see you. We had talked to a couple of different companies and found ourselves frustrated with alterations in quotes and hidden costs. I started looking around on Yelp and called Tim. He answered the phone and immediately took interest in our situation and asked for pictures of our water heater and the connections. He came out the next day and replaced our water heater. He was very professional and did a fantastic job. Tim at Plumb Honest will be my go-to for any plumbing issues I may have in the future. Highly recommended!
