In addition to completing the work we hired him for, he found an issue (*cough* created by another plumber when we previously had work done...) that had caused an annoying noise behind a wall for 3 years. Tim replaced our electric hot water heater after I requested his assistance subsequent too many attempts to get reviews and estimates from other plumbing companies. As others have indicated in their reviews, Plumb Honest Inc is the best plumber in business in the Pensacola area. He gave a reasonable rate for installing a new 50 gallon water heater, and was awsome with his proficient and professional performance. I had sent out a request for quote on Yelp for helping clearing a main drain. Only had a few responses and Tim was the only one that said """"I can help!"""" We set an appointment since it wasn't an emergency and I could wait a little. (Yes, it was an actual appointment, not one of those """"windows"""" where you wait four hours for someone to show up). Tim texted he was on the way over and was onsite and ready when I got to the house (yep, I was the one that was late coming from the office)! We went over the situation and discussed what I had been experiencing. Tim felt it was clearly a blockage way down the main drain. Tim brought in the big equipment and was able to get us cleared up and running free! Total charge was very reasonable and gladly paid. Wanted to let everyone know that my plumbing problems are fixed. Now for some tear out and clean up. I used Plumb Honest, Inc. and Tim the owner gave me an estimate which was less than some others but more than some. I found him on yelp and explained my problem asking for quotes. He was the only one who asked me any intelligent questions before the quote. After arriving today it turned out the problem was a bit more complicated. He worked almost all day. He fixed everything and refused a penny more than he had estimated. He also paid my son $100 of his fee for being his helper today. He is as honest as can be and does very good work. He especially focuses on seniors, handicapped, single parents and military. He doesn't like to see them ripped off. Plumb Honest comes highly recommended. 850 758 6237.

Tim is a great guy who does great work! We were very comfortable having him come and go from our home during the week or so it took to get the job done, and his prices were definitely fair. Tim re-plumbed our entire gas system for a new stove and wall heater. Given the age of our home, we decided to make it all new which aligns with Tim's philosophy of 'Doing it right the first time'. He takes his time to ensure it's done correctly and with proven methods (old school pipes versus flex tubing everywhere), and pulls a permit when required by code for the job. Tim doesn't do hasty work to get to the next customer; a true craftsman. As a bonus, he even came back to ensure our stove was hooked up correctly and replaced a leaky cartridge in our bathroom to boot. Given the gas heater being next to our toddler's room he was especially careful to inspect and test everything for safety and we appreciate that. Solid work across the board - thanks again Tim!""""
