Had a leak detection service out who found a minor exterior leak. Hired Plumb Honest out to fix it. Halfway through the job, Tim discovered a more serious leak coming from inside the slab that the leak detection service had missed. He agreed to return the next day with more equipment to tackle the bigger problem. The job was a nightmare. Tim is a Navy veteran and he had his prior-Seabee work cut out for him. He used sound equipment to find the exact spot of the leak in the slab, a jackhammer to get to it, saws to cut and run new pipe, and concrete to patch the slab. Out the door for a VERY fair price. He was a pleasure to work with. He never left me without running water and stuck to his word to work around my very tricky schedule. Would highly recommend.

At first I thought Tim was great when I first met him for the estimate to completely re-plumb my house. I got the estimate in early December and was told he would start 1st or 2nd week of January. I was then put off until mid-February. On February 17th I receive an email giving me more excuses. Also, he didn't want to pull a permit at first for a complete re-plumb!!! Can you believe that??? Then he said he would since I wanted him to. I would be weary of this guy. He seems to be wishy-washy, unsure of himself. I dropped him on the 17th. I will move on to a real plumber

If you are looking for a plumber who is honest, reliable, professional, and genuinely takes pride in his work, call Plumb Honest and have Tim come out and see you. We had talked to a couple of different companies and found ourselves frustrated with alterations in quotes and hidden costs. I started looking around on Yelp and called Tim. He answered the phone and immediately took interest in our situation and asked for pictures of our water heater and the connections. He came out the next day and replaced our water heater. He was very professional and did a fantastic job. Tim at Plumb Honest will be my go-to for any plumbing issues I may have in the future. Highly recommended!

First I called other plumbing companies that I recognized the name of and none of them answered their phones. I checked yelp and saw the previous five star review and called. He answered his phone and came out when promised. He checked our water heater and was able to fix the problem without getting a new part, when we were told by someone else we would need a the part replaced. Plumb Honest is a great name for his company and will use Tim in the future and refer him to anyone who asks.

Tim was GREAT!! We had no water on the coldest day this winter. Tim was willing to rearrange his schedule to accommodate my emergency! He came when he said he would and his rates are quite reasonable!! Will definitely use him again and recommend highly!
