This is one of those reviews where we're a little hesitant because they were that good and you're asking yourself should you share, or keep the secret to yourself. Very rapid response from the initial call. They came out the next day to repair a leak from the main water line. The following morning their office called to say they were on their way and they arrived within the timeframe we were given. They were very professional from the start, introducing themselves to us and wore a uniform. It took them a few minutes to tell us what the plan was and how much it would cost, plus it includes a one year warranty! After moving to Van Zandt County from living in the city, we truly can say that they are very professional and upfront with the work and the price. Who would have thought that dealing with a plumber could be so nice.

Dusty ( the owner) responded within 5 minutes, outlining his Master Plumber licensing, over 20 years of experience, and his familiarity in dealing with warm water coming out of my cold water spigots. (known as Crossover in plumbing circles)Dusty was able to offer same day service.
I had attempted to have my problem fixed by two other licensed plumbers to no avail; they could not determine where my water problem emanated from.It was instantly evident upon Dusty's arrival that he knew his business as he proceeded through several steps from my tankless water heater, to the water circulator, and to various faucets in the house to begin the process of isolating areas as being a possible problem area or eliminating them from consideration.Long story short, Dusty solved the crossover problem and I have hot and cold water operating as one expects !
As a Master Plumber, Dusty has the knowledge to get to the bottom of things real quick. It is also nice dealing with the owner of the company.In conversation with Dusty I learned that he ventured out on his own not too long ago and set up Plumb Hero having worked with plumbing firms in Dallas, Houston, and Odessa for about 20 years.
Dusty is a real forthright and honest guy; professional from the get go,He is up front on cost estimates and priced very competitive.
I cannot thank Dusty enough for his expertise and skill as I was very frustrated with my experience with other plumbers.Dusty delivered !!
