He was very knowledgeable, very honest and allowed me plenty of time to ask questions and make a good decision on the repairs. The price quoted was excellent and the work was even better. I heard on the radio today that the plumbing profession is a dying art, and that good plumbers are going to be very difficult to find over the next five years because no one wants to do that type of work.
