We had a leak in our bathroom, called another company out. They didn't diagnose the leak, but spent a half hour looking for it and said they would charge $6,500 for the job, plus any drywall or repairs. I sent them away, tore a hole (well, several really) in the drywall and couldn't find the leak. A friend referred Plumb Good Plumbing. They came out and found the approximate location of the leak in fifteen minutes. I did a little more cutting of the drywall, found the leak and called Plumb Good back. They were creative in finding a way to get to the leak without removing our sink and countertop, fixed the leak for $250. That's a savings of over $6,000. Next time I have a leak, I'm calling Plumb Good Plumbing first.

I cannot speak highly enough of Plumb Good Plumbing. We have used them several times at my work and they were always great, but they really earned all of my respect when we had a severe pipe breakdown at my house and they came ready to work. Not only did they respond quickly, but they clearly articulated the problem, proposed a well thought out solution, and gave us a very reasonable price. Additionally, their staff was very friendly and they completed the job ON TIME with no additional or hidden costs.
We will only be using Plumb Good from now on and my only regret is that we hadn't found them sooner.

My two upstairs bathrooms clogged and we're backing up into the shower. I noticed this on the Friday before Christmas at 4 pm. Kyle (owner) returned my message and rearranged the schedule to send someone out Monday afternoon. The issue was proving to be complex but rather than go for the expensive ""let's cut holes in the walls"" solution Tyker who was on site called Kyle who join him at my house. it was now after 5:30. They looked at EVERY possible alternative. and finally opted to try to go through a vent. After some incredibly difficult maneuvering , they fixed the issue! Whew! With two professionals on site for several hours I was expecting a large bill. I must say they were not only fair but generous! I highly recommend them! Honest. Knowledgeable. Creative. Persevering. Fair.

Kyle and his team are reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. We've had a couple big jobs over the past few years, but at least we have a trustworthy plumber to call for asap great service. Kyle, David and Tyler got us up and running after a slab leak this month, and a few years ago Kyle and his team provided the same excellent service when our main line broke (coordinating with us while we were out of the country!). We'll never use anyone else. Thank you Plumb Good!

This is the first time we dealt with Plumb Good Plumbing. Tyler installed a new toilet, a higher-end faucet, and replaced two hose bibs. He was professional, friendly, and efficient (i.e. Tyler knew what he was doing and did the work efficiently). Everything is functioning fine.

The last two plumbing outfits we tried for various things proved to be very inefficient and / or partially incompetent and/or somewhat dishonest.

What a difference with Plumb Good. We have finally found an honest and highly competent plumbing company!

With the recommendation from JC Plumbing 'N' Things we found Plumb Good Plumbing. From the first phone call to the actual visit we could not be more impressed. First of all they are extremely nice people. Called when they said they would call. Were prompt and courteous when they came to do the work. Not only did they do an outstanding job on what I originally needed, but after we paid him, he helped me resolve another plumbing issue. Would highly recommend this company!! Called for service. My call was not answered, nor did I ever receive a call back. My daughter had previously used this service with satisfactory results. Don't know what happened. I'm giving this vendor three stars only based on my daughter's prior experience.
