We see all these glowing reviews of Kyle at Plumb Good Plumbing, but we can't glow about the service that we got. Our shower was finished in January and we're still chasing him!
Things started off fine for our shower remodel and bathtub upgrade. The pipes and valves were in and the shower was hot mopped, with open studs while it dried. About 2:30 AM, I heard water spraying in the shower, running down the open, untiled wall to the ceiling downstairs. It exited through one of my can lights and luckily didn't stain my ceiling. Not to mention getting up in the middle of the night and not being able to use the house water until WE went to get the parts to fix it! Turns out Kyle had used a temporary plug that was not meant to be used in a house with an active pressurized water system. When confronted about the problem the next day, Kyle said ""Well, you can call your insurance agent""! I don't think so.
The installation of the showerhead and valve went great. When we got to the installation of the Roman Tub Faucet (bought at his suggestion) for which he cut an access hole in the side of our house, we were told we were missing the inside part and he would order from his Rep. Excuses just kept coming. I'm working with my rep to get the right one, waiting for a call back, and on and on. Until the texts and calls just went unanswered. We also had our Tile Installer contact him and he got the same run around we received.
My wife happened to see his truck at a job the other day and stopped to talk to him. The lies just kept coming. ""Your phone # is blocked"". Not the case, he dialed it while she was there and it rang right through to her. He said ""I'll follow up on this"" but still no call.
Now we're stuck with pipes that whistle in the walls whenever other water in the house is run, an unfinished bathtub spout and valve under the tub that's not correct.
You cannot depend on Kyle. The tile person who referred him to us has stopped using him. Don't become another victim of Kyle at Plumb Good Plumbing. We're still feeling the effects of his bad follow through and lack of service.

Our real Estate agent referred us to Plumb Good Plumbing.
Kyle was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had just bought a new condo and needed plumbing work in our bathrooms and our new kitchen. Kyle was very efficient and does great work. He took extra time to set up my faucet for my kitchen sink that wasn't working correctly.
He didn't mind when he would come to do one job and then we'd ask for something else to be installed.
I would definitely recommend him if you need any plumbing work done.

About a year and a half ago we discovered a slab at our house right before Christmas day and we needed to find a plumber. Kyle at Plumb Good Plumbing was recommended to us by a friend. I contacted Kyle and he helped me trouble shoot the issue over the phone and got us through Christmas and then made the repairs. His work was neat and clean and he was a very pleasant to talk to. Since then Kyle has done a complete re-pipe at my Mom's house and taken care of a few other plumbing fixture issues for her. The other day my son had a kitchen sink drain issue and he called a large drain cleaning service who was unable to clear the drain. Their estimate on the work they recommended was over $6500. Ted from Plumb Good Plumbing came over with a pair of channel locks and a hand snake and had water draining properly in about 20-30 minutes. I highly recommend Plumb Good Plumbing. They are honest, friendly and do quality work.

Cannot say enough good things about Kyle at Plumb Good Plumbing.
Reliable, personable, trustworthy, reasonably priced and he even cleans up afterwards! He has done toilet repairs, facet repairs and replacement/installs, valve replacements, shower replacements, dishwasher/drain issues etc.
We wont use anyone else...we have been spoiled.

Kyle is awesome! JC Plumbing recommended him to me. He installed my faucet and garbage disposal incredibly quickly and at a reasonable price. It's hard to find a good plumber, but this is the real deal.

Two great experiences with Ted at Plumb Good Plumbing. He arrived on time, and is very knowledgeable and efficient with great attention to detail and good design sense. He cleaned up everything after the job and was fair priced.
Ted replaced our kitchen sink, bathroom and shower fixtures, installed a water-pressure regulator, and a leak detector. We are happy to have found him and relieved to know we have such a great contact when we need future plumbing work. Thanks, Ted!!

I was referred to Kyle at Plumb Good Plumbing by another excellent tradesman who has done work in our home. Kyle called to give advance notice he would arrive soon and arrived on time. He listened to our four plumbing concerns and offered cost effective solutions. We had thought we might need a new water heater and Kyle assured us just a minor adjustment was needed and we could put that expenditure off at least another three years! His honestly and helpfulness could not have been appreciated more. The kitchen sink repair required warranty parts from the manufacturer and once received, Kyle was back for a second time to complete the job. His hourly rate was fair and the time charged was extremely reasonable considering our repair required two trips. Kyle was personable, knowledgable and efficient. Definitely will call him in the future for any plumbing needs.

A honest plumber. Kyle was great. Great communication, on time, didn't try to con me into paying for unnecessary repairs and kept a very clean work area. Kyle did an excellent job, could have not asked for a better experience. I will not hesitate and will use Plumb Good Plumbing again.
