Here's to James Mancuso & his employee Matt, the two friendly plumbers who twice worked hard to ready my bathroom for a new acrylic Jacuzzi shower base. Plumb Elite is a 2017 plumbing company based out of Hudson, but it does contractual work that extends far beyond. It offers 24-hr emergency service, but primarily operates within the special plumbing/contractors' sector...meaning private citizens will use its services VIA another contractor (such as a home builder, a home remodeler, etc). I was very impressed with how friendly these two men were, & how comfortable I felt having them in my home. They came highly recommended by my bathroom remodel contractor Chris (of Builtry, Inc, of New Port Richey). James & Matt work extended hours; they are not 8 AM to 5 PM guys, which is a convenience for the customer. And after both visits, they left me w/ quality work & a clean bathroom. The only flaw I found is the classic rock music they listened to...lol. At least it wasn't Pop:) When you see the Amazon-looking van outside your home, you'll know the guys have arrived. I had flooded my downstairs' living room the morning after moving into my new home. The horror of watching water empty from the first floor ceiling vent & from a section of drywall onto my antique hutch & formerly carpeted floor is indescribable. Thankfully, Plumb Elite completely changed the pipes & drain in my bathroom tub/shower area while moving the valve back & up inside the wall. With it, they removed the likelihood of another plumbing disaster, & did so in very friendly form. I would not hesitate to have them return to my home should it require a future remodel that involves plumbing.
