We called these guys to find a leak in my dad's bathroom, they came out, quickly said they found the leak, didn't fix the leak and said they needed to call another company to start drying things. Why would you not fix the leak first. Suspicious. Pretty sure this business is not legit.

Made an emergency call to Plumb Doctors for a leaking pipe in our foundation. They were able to send someone out that morning. Jamie arrived and quickly assessed the situation. Andrew brought in a leak detector and they located the manifolds and the leak. Jamie stayed until late that Friday evening with another tech to open up two spots in the wall and cap off the leaking connections. Thanks to them we had water service in our house for the weekend and the leaks were stopped. They also scheduled a follow up visit to reroute the leaking pipes. A friend recommended Plumb Doctors and we're glad we called them. They were very professional and diagnosed and solved the problem quickly and efficiently.

He also helped flush the pipes after his work. I would highly recommend this company and Sam our plumber.

After another company did a "quick job" to fix a leak from a pipe fitting underground near our water supply, we began to experience severe water pressure fluctuations. I called Plumb Doctors because of their good ratings. Master Plumber Josh was very nice, knowledgeable and was able to accurately diagnose our probable difficulty. He returned the next day and did a great job replacing our water pressure regulator and checking out and fixing other smaller problems he found. I would gladly use Plumb Doctors again for any future plumbing problems.

We had a problem on a Friday afternoon that could have caused a lot of damage to our house. Was able to schedule Friday night service and the cost was pretty good considering it was weekend, after hours service. The plumber did a great job and was very careful to explain to me what he did and why. After completion, he again went over what was done and made sure all my questions were answered. Thorough, excellent service. I'm seriously considering making these guys my regular plumbing service.

So I called these guys at 9pm on a Saturday b/c that seems to be when leaks happen. They gave me a 1am arrival time, but were willing to come that night. They arrived at 10pm, were super friendly and professional (despite having a 12+ hour day so far), quickly assessed the immediate issues and stopped the leak. They identified a root cause analysis, consulted me on how to find replacement fixtures, and quickly scheduled the follow up to do the replacements once the fixtures arrived.

Had an issue with the pressure relief valve and they came out same day and gave me a fair estimate to fix it. They followed through on the appointment date and the service was great. Their plumber tech is a veteran and a solid and knowledgeable guy. I had a follow up issue and they responded same day again and gave me options. Great service and the prices were fair. Thank you.

Unbelievable response and service. Had a kitchen sink leak with a flooded floor. Andrew responded on a Saturday afternoon within 40 minutes and repaired a loose fixture problem.
