I talked with Brandon the owner on a Sunday afternoon and he walk me through the various ways to get my toilets unstopped. I got them cleared with his advice. I will definitely be calling Brandon with any future plumbing needs. I had previously gave them a bad review a year ago because of after hours cost (that I have deleted ) now they are my plumber of choice.

Responded immediately and worked around our schedule. Very professional and great at communicating what the problem was and the solution. We just moved here from California and they are now our go-to plumber. Honest and knowledgable ....the service tech was awesome and Brandon the owner was so good at addressing our emergency...A++

I used Plumb Doctor for the first time today. Matthew came out and changed out my pressure relief valve that was dripping. The water pressure in my townhome is now regulated properly. He was very efficient, professional and explained the process. He performed the work very quickly too! I highly recommend Plumb Doctor!

Plumb Doctor is very responsive and provided a professional experience. The service tech who came out did a great job diagnosing my concerns, providing a quote, then went above and beyond to complete the task. Highly recommended! The initial service fee to have a tech come out was reasonable and I was pleased with the call into the office as well.

We had a plumbing clog which caused a toilet seal to fail. Brandon was able to dispatch Brandon (a different Brandon) who rootered the blockage and resealed the toilet. Plumb doctor saved the day. Thank you Brandon and Brandon! Appreciate the quick turnaround.

My basement flooded and I could not figure out where the water was coming from. Plumb Doctor sent Matthew out the same day and he worked diligently checking every inch of pipe even to the point it went outside/under the house. He explained the issue and offered me two solutions explaining that both were good fixes - one was a shorter term fix and cheaper & the other was a longer term fix and, of course, more expensive. Once I decided on the cheaper fix (since that's all I could afford), Matthew simply said, """"Ok"""" and got to work. He didn't try to convince me that I needed to spend the extra money [that I didn't really have]. He completed the repair, didn't leave any sign that he'd even been there, collected payment and was on his way. Once the basement was remodeled, I went to turn the water back on and the valve (to that same pipe) was dripping. So, I called Plumb Doctor back and explained I didn't want to turn the water on and risk something else leaking. They were super kind, totally understanding, and said it would be no problem at all to have Matthew come back by. Matthew came by, checked the valve, tightened it up, and turned the water on to make sure everything was good. He made me feel much better that the contractors had not damaged the pipe in any way and didn't charge me a dime. I will ALWAYS call Plumb Doctor for my plumbing needs.

Brandon responded very quickly, and was able to get to us same day which was greatly appreciated since we had a leak! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing needs!

I had a leak on a line going into my hot water heater. Mo one would come out on a Saturday and they made sure to get someone to fix the problem. David fixed it! No problem. We will use them again!

My 85 year old Mother who is on a fixed retirement contacted plumb Doctor to remove a leaky garbage disposal and have the plastic pipes replaced. The tech had her sign a blank work order with no estimate before the work was performed. After removing the garbage disposal and stowing the electrical connection in a plastic box the pipes were replaced from the drain baskets to the base connections. He used approximately $100 in parts (retail) and the total bill ended up being $538. The tech was there about 2.5 hours total. She was charged $175.2 per hour for labor for a simple repair. Is this how our seniors are treated now being taken advantage of.

First time home owner and was looking for a company to come take a look at our water heater that was aged and needed replacing. I found, reached out, and picked Plumb Doctor through Yelp based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. The initial response I got steered me to them and also their hours. I called pretty late and spoke to Brandon, the owner who was really nice and shared really helpful information. From our conversation, I could tell that the company knows what they are doing and do what's best for the customer. They don't try to get over on you. The reviews are accurate. Very quick responses and service overall. When I spoke to Brandon really late in the evening. That next morning at 8am Matthew came and was able to inspect and provide an estimate for our water heater replacement. We needed a couple more things done (new pipes, new expansion tank, and new water pressure valve). I saw they had discounts on their website, which they ended up honoring. We ended up picking them and that same day Matthew came back within 3 hours to replace our water heater a little after noon and was done before 4pm. Our total for everything mentioned above including them providing and replacing our gas tank water heater came out to $2513. - new water heater with new expansion tank included $1,850. - new double chamber watts pressure reducing valve $415 - $147 charge for limited access for water heater outdoors - 12ft of copper cut out due to bad condition and replaced with red PEX $254
