Thanks to the guy that installed our new countertop and sink, we had a major leak underneath! Plumb Doctor was quick to respond, understood my needs and quickly came out to repair. Price was reasonable and both Cody and John were competent about their work and very pleasant to have in our home. FYI, i called them because Brandon had previously installed our new waterheater a year ago. They had the most reasonable combined price for both parts and labor. Got a great water heater at a great price. I will not hesitate to call them first if (when) we'll need their expertise again

I am SO glad we chose Plumb Doctor to fix the sewer pipes in our front yard! Tree roots had grown into the pipes creating a terrible clog. Brandon quickly came over and offered us the cheapest price and longest warranty!! Him and his team showed up a day earlier (AMAZING!) than they promised and got the work done fast and efficiently! They went above and beyond our expectations and we could not be more pleased! We will definitely be using Plumb Doctor for any future needs!!

We had a pressure valve that went bad and caused a serious water leak in the crawl space. Called Brandon at 8pm and he set up an appointment for me the next day. John arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about an hour and a half. John was knowledgable and friendly. He even took a look at a DIY repair I was in the middle of and gave me a few pointers. I did take away one star because the work order included a $199 charge to put in a shut off valve for my irrigation system. The problem is I already had a shut off valve further down the water line. I should have read the estimate more closely before the work was done but I was apparently in too big a hurry to get our water back up and running.

Very happy with the service and speed that I received from Plumb Doctor! Brian came out at 7 PM when my water heater flooded the upstairs, causing """"rain"""" in the garage. He worked to remove the water heater and provided me with pricing and quotes for a replacement unit and install. The following day, he arrived with Cody at our scheduled time and they knocked out the install. Thanks to their professionalism and assistance, the whole process took less than 24 hours to correct. I would definitely seek their services again and will refer them to anyone needing plumbing services!

I am certainly happy I saw Plumb Doctor's reviews here. My water heater went kaplooee (why won't spell check accept that?!) after 22 years of working hard, and it appeared to have not been drained annually by the past owners when I first moved in. After seeing these reviews, I called them, along with 7 others to do comparisons in price and customer companionship. Many places were there to get in and out in 2 minutes when estimating the prices. The person with Plumb Doctor took his time, answering any and all questions I had. He went into the most detail of any questions and/or statements. When I told him that I wanted have them be the company to do it, he said that they would do it that next day. The plumbers were inside and back out in two hours.

I checked the reviews on Yelp before I called as I did not want to use another big name company. Alex gave me a 2-4pm window. He was extremely polite, fixed the problem, and his price was very fair. You just gained another customer and I recommend everyone to give him a try. Support local business!

We hear a noise from our basement, we investigate to find half an inch of water spreading from our furnace room door across the finished wooden floor. It is late in the evening so I hit Yelp for a plumber and right away I find Plumb Doctor within an hour John is on my door step as they promised he would be. John quickly isolates the problem which is a ruptured hot water tank and advises that we will need to replace. We decide that we would like to upgrade to a larger tank with a pump to give us more hot water and better pressure John gives us a rough estimate on the spot and promises to return next morning after effecting a temporary fix to ensure we at least have cold water supply. Next morning I receive a call confirming the parts required and a firm price for the work, the work starts quickly and is finished on time on budget clean efficient friendly service. I highly recommend John, Cody and Plumb Doctor, they did not make a drama out of a crisis and charged a fair price for a first class job. There was one thing that impressed me the most, in my initial call I was informed there would be a $50 call out charge, it was late at night we were tired and John did not even request payment as the resolution to our problem seemed to be his primary concern.

In over three decades of owning homes, I have never needed a plumber since I can do most tasks myself.. This was not the case when a pipe broke in my yard and sewage backed up into my basement. Brandon himself came out and worked on it that night and got it to drain enough to prevent further damage, then scoped it out to discover that the pipe was broken on a steep hill with stone walls. It took an additional day of backhoe work to fix the pipe after deconstructing a wall. It was a horrible situation. I am glad Plumb Doctor had proper and modern equipment that allowed the problem to be fixed quickly and the cost to be reasonable. I found Plumb Doctor by doing a google search for plumbing services and choosing the closest one with an excellent rating. I am glad I found the best one on the first try.
