They tried to charge us, an elderly couple, retired military, $495 for a thirty five dollar part for our shower. Serious rip off artists, they sent two con artists, zero plumbers. The guys were morons that thought they were slick. you will get the same from Pink plumbers, all of the big companies, they treat their contractors as bad as the trucking companies, who walk away with 20, to 25 percent of their haul. They will hire anyone that applies and agrees to the terms of of a third party vendor, so, not employees. Despicable companies, they force their people to be dishonest, just to get a small bit of coin. Beware in Georgia, the laws back up the thieves.

My go to plumber. I'm so glad that my search for a good and affordable plumber is over. I found a leak in my garage yesterday evening and before lunch today it was repaired. Corey came out and took excellent care of me. He was polite , helpful, explained my problem, quoted me, did the repair and was on to the next job. I cannot over emphasize how nice Corey and Brandon are - such good hearted people - a real pleasure to work with plus these guys know what they're doing. I thank God that I have found a company that I can rest in and know that any future plumbing problems will be resolved in a professional and affordable way.

I had my expansion tank burst and start gushing water into my basement. Plumb Doctor was the first to respond. They were at the top of the rating list on Yelp and the owner of the company, Brandon, took my call by 7:21 am. In addition to the expansion tank, we ended up proactively replacing my water heaters and I'm calling them back to deal with a noisy PRV. Truly professional, courteous, and a family owned business. I found their work exceptional and their prices reasonable and fair. I felt very good about giving my business to Plumb Doctor! Thank you!

Plumb doctor is truly amazing. We have used them a few times now, and I'm always impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, value, and overall customer satisfaction. Plumbing issues can be so stressful. We have had two pinhole leaks and they have responded and fixed them within 24 hours without overcharging us to do it. They could have because it was an emergency and we would have paid it, but they didn't! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

Mathew just left - he was knoweledgeable and found the prolems immediately. We had a problem with the faucet in the kitchen -- unstable -and plumbing twisted - which had to be reconnected. The bath room had a leaky joint which needed tightening and the washer replaced. They were relatively small jobs, but so glad we were able to get same day service.
