I don't usually write reviews but wanted to share my great experience with Plumb Doctor! Brandon took my call on a Saturday night after our toilet started overflowing. He was on a job. We had stopped the water so he came to our house early Sunday morning. No extra charge for the weekend! We loved Plumb Doctor already. He found and fixed our problem quickly. He also found an issue out in the street for the city to fix. He even helped with our heating system just because he's a good guy! Honest, fair and well priced. My family is in the construction business. We will be adding Plumb Doctors to our list of referrals! Fast, knowledgeable, and honest. What more could you want!

Definitely my go to plumbers from here on out. I called them on Monday to give me a quote to run a gas line. They were out here on Tuesday and gave me a price much lower than the competition. Once I agreed to the price, they were out here on Thursday to complete the job. The work was done accurately and professionally. My wife commented on how she appreciated the small things such as cleaning up all the debris and leaving the area just like the found it. This is the company to use in the Atlanta area if you need any sort of plumbing work done.

Called Plumb Doctor to replace a toilet in my 90 year old mother's home in Sandy Springs Georgia. Marc was out the next day and did an outstanding job, explaining my options, purchasing the least expensive toilet matching our requirements, and installing it quickly. He left the house immaculate, worn shoe covers the entire time inside. I said the fill valve leaked when it was being open and he said they all do but should stop leaking when fully open or closed. It did, saving me money. Thanks, Marc and Plumb Doctor! You guys are our plumber of choice!

This team is awesome. I called on a Sunday for a somewhat urgent issue. Although they told me it would Tuesday or Wednesday before they get to it, they fixed it the following day. I highly recommend these guys.

We also had an urgent issue - flooded basement/garage on a Saturday AM. This was the company that came out when they said they would. They weren't able to start the work that day but sent someone out to look around and report what was found. I have a home warranty company (HSA - would NEVER recommend) who referred me to two companies, knowing I had an emergency situation, the two referrals could NOT come out, the earliest would be Tuesday. I called back and raised cain because I know that floods do damage and cannot be left, even if water was turned off. I demanded to call my own company, and for them to authorize this. After about 3-4 calls, they did and I called Plumb Doctor. Well after the assessment of the problem, I had a ruptured water heater. It is now about 6PM and now we are unable to reach HSA by phone to speak with an agent who can authorize Plumb Doctor to start the work. So after waiting 20-30 minutes on hold, John had to leave for another appointment. I was livid - furious - frustrated - you get the picture! :( I called HSA back and demanded to speak with a Supervisor - not possible. They would put me in the queue for a callback. Never happened. Long story short, finally got the authorization in writing - on Monday night to hire Plumb Doctor to do the work the next morning. Mike came on time, did an excellent job. I was shocked by the pricing I was given on two items, but I had to pay for it to complete the job. Paid $1299.00 - to be reimbursed for $829.00 by HSA. I am still waiting to be paid. Don't choose HSA, trust me. You can trust Plumb Doctor and Brandon is the owner, he kept his word and sent his men when he said he would. Thanks Plumb Doctor.

After several calls to other companies and hearing """"sorry the earliest we can be there ____"""" insert day(s) from now"""" I finally got Plumb Doctor. I called Plumb Doctor on Saturday afternoon and a plumber was dispatched to my house within 2 hours. The plumber, Brian, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived on time and was courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and respectful of my home. Anytime he entered my home, he wore booties or removed his shoes to make sure he didn't track any dirt or debris in. He quickly identified the source of the problem and fixed it. Plumb Doctor was professional and the price was fair; not to mention, they didn't charge any kind of emergency fee for same day service on a weekend. These guys are real pros that understand customer service and I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a plumber they can trust to do an excellent job at an honest price.
