I have been battling water on the floor in the basement for the past week or so. The water has been puddling around the water heater so I naturally assumed the water heater was leaking. I started looking for a plumber, checking out Yelp for reviews. I landed on the """"Plumb Doctor"""" and called them first thing in the morning around 8:00 am. The owner, Brandon, answered the call and immediately scheduled one of his plumbers to check out my situation. Corey and Brandon (different from the owner) were very quickly at my house within the time quoted. I had already sent pictures to Brandon so the plumbers arrived with a new tank ready to go. After a few minutes of inspecting, to my surprise, I was informed the water heater was NOT leaking and was, in fact, in good condition. The leak was from my HVAC unit. It was honestly refreshing to know they weren't just going to sell me something I didn't need. The plumbers on the service call were very knowledgeable to cordial. We discussed future options as I am planning for a larger water heater anyway. I plan to give Plumb Doctor a callback for that upgrade!

Very good experience with Plumb Doctor. We had a toilet crack and needed replacement. The service technician, Cody, was able to come out the next day, provide a fair quote and able to do a remove, haul off and replace with our provided toilet in about an hour. Very professional and courteous! Would call again for an issue.

Had a leaking valve coming into the house. They were out 1st thing in the morning and had it repairs within an hour. Service person was nice and very polite. I'll use them again.

Yep, these are the guys. I called on a Sunday to leave a voicemail, I was really impressed to start off with when they called me back within half an hour. I had 3 complicated Perrin & Rowe faucets, a dishwasher, a disposal, and a toilet to hook up. They got me scheduled for a few days later and made it happen. They even got on the phone with Rohl and ordered a missing O ring for me. Really pleased, I'll go to them with any plumbing needs in the future.

They tried to charge us, an elderly couple, retired military, $495 for a thirty five dollar part for our shower. Serious rip off artists, they sent two con artists, zero plumbers. The guys were morons that thought they were slick. you will get the same from Pink plumbers, all of the big companies, they treat their contractors as bad as the trucking companies, who walk away with 20, to 25 percent of their haul. They will hire anyone that applies and agrees to the terms of of a third party vendor, so, not employees. Despicable companies, they force their people to be dishonest, just to get a small bit of coin. Beware in Georgia, the laws back up the thieves.

Came on a Saturday, the SAME day that we called for a very reasonable price. I'm so grateful since we had just discovered a leak that was causing damage a long time. We really didn't want to wait several more days with the water spreading and causing mold. Brandon scheduled us for that afternoon and Matthew came sooner than expected. He removed the wallboard, showed us the problem, and replaced the damaged pipe in no time. And gave us the contact info for a wallboard company. I would recommend Plumb Doctor for any plumbing work, emergency or planned.

Brandon the owner man he is a really nice guy. Brandon answered the phone very early in the morning as if my call had woke him up. He was very Helpful and willing to have a technician out right of way. Poop was everywhere man, they Sent out Brian, who was very knowledgeable and professional. Brian and the plumb doctor team were able to diagnose my issue and gave me a solution to fix it. Tim, the equipment operator really new what he was doing with that tractor while Brian spotted for him and ensured my property and his crew were safe. Quality work, quality warranty. Although, Brandon claimed to be 5'11 and 3/4 with athletic build. Im calling 5'8 1/4""""
