Brandon the owner man he is a really nice guy. Brandon answered the phone very early in the morning as if my call had woke him up. He was very Helpful and willing to have a technician out right of way. Poop was everywhere man, they Sent out Brian, who was very knowledgeable and professional. Brian and the plumb doctor team were able to diagnose my issue and gave me a solution to fix it. Tim, the equipment operator really new what he was doing with that tractor while Brian spotted for him and ensured my property and his crew were safe. Quality work, quality warranty. Although, Brandon claimed to be 5'11 and 3/4 with athletic build. Im calling 5'8 1/4""""

I called the Plumb Doctor early (7am) because it appeared as if my pilot light went out. I tried to trouble shoot on my own, with no success. Instead of sending one of their plumbers to fix and charge for a visit, they walked me through the process over the phone and I was able to successfully get my pilot light lit.
