Had used them in the past but this time they canceled the appointment with no notice. Apparently they are putting politics ahead of servicing their customers and could not be bothered to call. Luckily there are lots of plumbers in the area.

Regarding the owner's comment. They should have called or texted. They did not. Their email, if they sent it, never arrived. Perhaps they typed the address incorrectly or perhaps never pressed send. Either way, they are responsible for communicating and they failed. I guess they have enough business that they don't need to be professional. Good for them. Bad for me for wasting a day when I could easily have found another plumber.

A long weekend at the beach went south when our dog walker called to say we had a leak in the basement ceiling. I called Plumb Crazy, they had someone there quickly and kept me informed of his arrival time. Tony quickly found and fixed the immediate problem (dishwasher leak) so
that we could continue to have water until we replace the dishwasher. He FaceTimed me to describe the situation, showed me what he'd done, and showed the staining on the basement ceiling. Remotely getting a leak fixed so quickly and efficiently was a relief. Tony also kept the charge to a minimum, certainly less than I expected. Plumb Crazy is on speed dial for any future plumbing needs for me.

The plumber said our toilet worked fine when he left. Not true. Our toilet stopped working again. As long as you move the valve each time you use the toilet, which takes lifting the top off and moving the valve for each use, it is fixed! We don't want to do that every time we use the toilet. Why couldn't you just replace the VALVE! Because ,you wanted to sell us a new toilet! Which we don't need. Simple as that.

I have called Plumb Crazy quite a few times over the past few years. They are always kind, courteous and do excellent work! They have done everything from replacing my sump pump to replacing my sink and vanity. They clearly take pride in their work and have always done an amazing job!!!

Daniel showed up on time and diagnosed the problem within the first 10 minutes. He wore a mask and covers on his shoes and was very courteous. He went above and beyond and finished his work very quickly.
He also cleaned up after himself which is a plus.
Great service, will call again with any plumbing problems in the future.
