Had our main line cleaned out for $195.00, next day drains are still clogged. They said they wouldn't guarantee their work even though they advertise they do. I wouldn't use them again!

Great job by Daniel, as usual. Called Plumb Crazy in the morning and they arrived mid-afternoon (and even followed COVID protocols). Daniel diagnosed the problem (broken garbage disposal) and had a replacement unit on the truck. Unit was removed and replaced, problem solved. We highly recommend Plumb Crazy! Thanks!

Squeezed me in the same day I called (my kiddo got a little too excited about flushing lots of TP), clearly laid out the costs of the estimate and likely range based on my description of the problem. No surprise costs - such a win. Both gentlemen wore masks and foot coverings the entire time, let my curious four year old watch them fix the toilet, and decided to knock off some of the charge since it was ""such a fast fix"" they ""just couldn't charge"" me the full price. They were highly recommended to me, and I'll be highly recommending them to others.

After my son clogged my toilet, I called Plumb Crazy to see if they could fix it. I called and the receptionist was warm and friendly and got me an appointment for the next morning. The technician called when he was 20 minutes away to let me know he was coming. When he showed up he was professional friendly. After getting briefed on the issues and prior to getting started, he told me what he thought the fix should cost, as well as a best and worst case scenario. I ended up with a best case scenario. I was very happy with the service I received and would recommend them.

We had our garbage disposal causing water to back up in our kitchen sink and the usual workaround my husband does wasn't working. I called them in the morning and was pleasantly surprised when Daniel called and said he was able to get to us much earlier than anticipated.

Daniel was professional and found the root cause of the issue and was able to fix it in no time. And left me with a few tips to avoid the issue in the future.

I thought the pricing was fair and the service excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I don't give Five Stars ever. By far the best plumber in Leesburg. We had to have a house bib replaced. Daniel, came on time, explained what needed to be done and completed the job in a very timely basis. Due to the location he had to cut an interior wall, he did it neatly and cleaning, therefore I will only need to do minor work to repair. The exterior work was also fantastic, he sealed the bib and explained everything to us before leaving. All work was completed at a reasonable price.

If you ever need work done in the area these are the folks to call.
