Cleared our deep drain clog quickly. Very inexpensive, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Showed up in a mask, which wasn't necessary for us, but thoughtful anyway. We call him first for all our plumbing needs. He is the one we respect the most. We first met him years ago when we were fed up with the companies we had been calling. We called him back again when we had an issue with a major leak we thought was plumbing related. He did a thorough inspection and told us it was a leak from outside the house coming in. He referred us to people who could help, even showing up at the appointment to discuss what he thought with them and make sure it was that and not something else. He was right, it was fixed and repairs done, holding to this day. We seriously appreciated his support through that, as well as the fixed pipes and drains in our 20+ yr old home to a large family.

think he should get negative 1,000 stars. 3 yrs ago he came and did some plumbing that was not needed, took him 5 hours to drill out our tub faucett, well see my other review of him. Today 3 yrs later the pipes he put in were too LONG, so they poked the tub faucette and water dial out from the wall behind them. He had hidden it with some ultra layer of caulking so it would not show, ok now the caulking wore off and out pops the extra long pipes, He would not come out to correct the problem he caused, and told me he was too busy to come out, so he blew me off. I did tell him I would give him another bad review and he still did not stand by his work. I did not want to pay another plumber to fix his problem, like I had to do last time with his work. He owes me alot of money as he caused problems did not even need to drill out the tub faucette 3 yrs ago. Totally bad judgement he has, and he would not let me ask any questions, but barked at me to be quiet! SUCH A JERK

I needed some work done in my shower. I received three quotes for hundreds of dollars for a small fix. Finally, I called plumb crazy and the gentleman Ken gave me a rough est. of about 150... thats three times less than the quotes I was getting!! He came by and did the work, fast, efficient and explained to me the problem and how he was fixing it.
Months later my pilot light went out.. the water heater is in a 4ft by 4ft hole. Impossible to see what's going on down there... anyways, again I called plumb crazy and he came within a couple hours. He helped me with the issue in 5 minutes. Easy fix but the thing is... he didn't overcharge me like every other plumber I've ever dealt with in my life. Furthermore, he brought the same unit and showed me in the light how to fix the issue if it happened again. (It happened again)...His prices are actually very fair, and isn't that what we all want? Thanks again Ken. I appreciate your business.

Kenny has been my plumber for 8 years. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, honest and charges a fair price. My 50 year old home has needed him many times and he always fixes the problem from water mains, sprinkler lines, disposal backup, shower renovation, work for an additional kitchen downstairs, and much more. I recommend him to solve any of your plumbing issues.

Ken Day is the best plumber we have ever used. He did great work on our sump pump and our kitchen sink on two separate occasions. He's fair, reliable, respectful, and cleans up well after himself too, which is definitely important. We would honestly recommend him to anyone anywhere anytime.
