I live in a Mid Century home. The guts of the plumbing had not been re-done in 60 years, with the exception of some 1970's cosmetic updates. My sewer was wrecked and every drain in my home had issues.

Jordan came out and did a thorough, under-house, plumbing diagnostic and submitted a bid along with two competitors.

I selected Plumb Crazy because their bid was significantly lower and more comprehensive than the other finalist and their interaction during the diagnostic was noticeably better. They were extremely knowledgeable and they recommended the most logical course of action.

They replaced much of the under house plumbing for 4 rooms with kindness, efficiency and professionalism!

Their crew showed up on time and worked so hard, like it was their own home. They cleaned up after themselves and while they were working, they always left me access to one toilet for emergencies.

They brought everything up to code, finished in 3 days, and the inspector said it was excellent work.

I was raised in the construction industry and I've had my homes worked on a number of times over the years. This was on par with the best experience I've ever had with a contractor.

I now trust these people and would confidently recommend them to anyone and not worry that it would come back on me. Do yourself a favor if you need an honest plumber. Use these guys!

Long story short. Leak in the garage, water had to be shut off, dry wall had to be torn out, and the hot water heater had to be taken down off the pedestal in order to have the pedestal repaired.

After quite a while without hot water, I asked the construction company to have the hot water heater placed back on the pedestal and hooked up again. They sent out Plumb Crazy Plumbing and they were absolutely fantastic and came out the same day they were called.

Angel, the plumber was coming here from a 90 mile drive from the South to hook up my hot water heater. After that, he still had another job to do. My contact was Lilia, who was such a wonderful person and reassured me that everything was taken care of. I am grateful that there are such wonderful people in this town, as well as such professional, and efficient people.
