We have used Plump Crazy Plumbing several times and they have done a wonderful job. They were very polite and reasonable. They kept us informed on everything they were doing. We have used them for a very difficult job a busted pipe under our floor in several places. They did the repairs as soon as possible. We have also used them for minor jobs. Replacing faucets in a bathroom and kitchen. We recommend them to anyone that need pluming needs.

When purchasing a new home, my inspector recommended I have a plumber inspect for possible leaks. The water meter was indicating usage while everything should have been inactive.

My whole interaction with Plumb Crazy was great. From first contact to schedule an appointment to the inspection at the home, they were pleasant, prompt and even provided the inspection free of charge.

There were no major issues that needed to be repaired, so this review is purely based on the interaction for scheduling and the inspection. I'm glad they gave me a magnet to stick on the fridge for later. When I do have an issue in the future, they will be my first call!

Scott and Kevin came in the same day of the call-in. Have a clogged bathtub and bathroom sink. Total cost is 119 including taxes. Work was done within sixty minutes. They knew what they were doing and explained what caused the issue, and how I could prevent it in the future. I waited a week to write this review so I feel comfortable giving them a solid rating. I called around and all other places wanted to charge at least 200 for the same work. I will surely be using them next time.

Plumb Crazy Plumbing is stellar! Kudos especially to Zach Crowell, who showed up, explained to me what he was doing each step of the way, and who saved the day! Plumb Crazy Plumbing came out after two other plumbers had come out. The first quoted me $3,000 worth of repairs! The second did some work replacing a pipe, and only charged me $600. However, they didn't clear the clog causing problems! So Plumb Crazy to the rescue: they cleared the clog, explained to me the condition of my pipes in the backyard, and made suggestions only when I asked what I should do next (rather than try to push unnecessary services on me!). If I need plumbing help ever again, Plumb Crazy will be the first call I make.

My brother is plumber but didnt have the tools to clear the line so i called Plumb Crazy. Brian Owen and his apprentice showed up in the time frame I was told. I was given a time frame of 9 to 12pm. He showed up at 1030. I did receive a call 30 min before to let me know they were on there way and a email with picture of tech coming. This is great for not having to wait around and letting me have a little ease of who i am looking for. Brian explained the cost and there was no hidden fees. He was professional, courtesy and quick. We had are line snaked price was 139.00 for first 75ft. And that was price of bill.

I needed a heater element replaced in my hot water heater. As you can imagine, I was concerned that a heater element would turn into a $1000 new water heater. But my fear was unfounded when both guys worked to get a very stuck element out and a new one installed.

All for the service fee of $129 (I had the element).

In the end, Brian was VERY thorough and what I thought was going to be an insurmountable problem was resolved by he and Kevin. They explained the entire process to me and the cost up front. This is an exceptional service company with exceptional staff. Thanks Brian and Kevin!

After battling with my home builder for months, I gave up on fixing our non-draining bathtub through our home warranty. It was so nice after dealing with so much nonsense to have a straightforward fix with fantastic customer service. FYI they drive out to Yukon.

My job is pretty intense, so it is hard to take off work. I had to reschedule my appointment, and they were very accommodating. I was worried that it was going to cost thousands to fix, but he was able to fix it with a snake for only $129. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. No complaints.

Had a suspected slab leak and made an appointment with Plumb Crazy for the following afternoon but, when the problem grew worse overnight, I called Plumb Crazy and Jennifer back that morning and Brian was here within 30 minutes. Brian was quick, efficient and friendly, Told me everything he needed to do, what he needed to do it and how much it would cost. He got the problem fixed fast and I was reminded once again why I trust Plumb Crazy to take care of the plumbing not only my home, but at my rental unit and at my parents' house too.

I called Plumb Crazy and spoke with Julie who was very nice and said someone would be there between 12 and 4. About 30 minutes later Julie called and said that Zach and Brennan were on their way. I also received an email confirming my appointment with Zach's picture. I appreciated that! Then you know who will be working inside your home. Zach and Brennan were able to repair the running and broken toilet and were courteous and did not leave a mess. I would definitely use Plumb Crazy again!
