After battling with my home builder for months, I gave up on fixing our non-draining bathtub through our home warranty. It was so nice after dealing with so much nonsense to have a straightforward fix with fantastic customer service. FYI they drive out to Yukon.

My job is pretty intense, so it is hard to take off work. I had to reschedule my appointment, and they were very accommodating. I was worried that it was going to cost thousands to fix, but he was able to fix it with a snake for only $129. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. No complaints.

Had a suspected slab leak and made an appointment with Plumb Crazy for the following afternoon but, when the problem grew worse overnight, I called Plumb Crazy and Jennifer back that morning and Brian was here within 30 minutes. Brian was quick, efficient and friendly, Told me everything he needed to do, what he needed to do it and how much it would cost. He got the problem fixed fast and I was reminded once again why I trust Plumb Crazy to take care of the plumbing not only my home, but at my rental unit and at my parents' house too.

I called Plumb Crazy and spoke with Julie who was very nice and said someone would be there between 12 and 4. About 30 minutes later Julie called and said that Zach and Brennan were on their way. I also received an email confirming my appointment with Zach's picture. I appreciated that! Then you know who will be working inside your home. Zach and Brennan were able to repair the running and broken toilet and were courteous and did not leave a mess. I would definitely use Plumb Crazy again!

The work they did looks fine. They came out maybe an hour after I called them which was nice. They also were able to replace our hot water heater that same day they came out to give me an estimate. So all of that is great. Thank you for that.

Where they lost me was with the $60 charge to twist the shut off valves on our washer 180 degrees each (360 degrees total), unscrew the hoses, and move the washer a few feet to the side. Something that would've taken me 2 minutes to do. I know plumbers charge whatever they want but if you want repeat business I don't think charging someone $60 to move a washer out of the way so you can access the $1500 job I've already asked you to do is a good business strategy. Just move the washer, not that hard. Wasn't happy about that. Then to top it off the mess they made in my garage and along my driveway wasn't even attempted to be cleaned up. There was rusty water drug all through the garage where they also walked through it and spread it out in the garage even more. They didn't wipe up under neath the brand new washer that they so kindly (charged us to) moved out of the way before putting it back so now it's sitting on top of dried up rusty water with footprints all through it. It wasn't even attempted to be wiped or swept up. Like come on, you make a mess especially at someone else's house you damn well better clean it up or at least make an attempt to clean it. They did neither.

I decided to let this company install the water heater because of all of the good reviews and I'm not sure if I just caught the dudes that did it on a lazy day or what, but I did not feel as though the mess they left and ridiculous $60 they charged me to move the washer four feet to the side warranted anything close to a five star review. I do appreciate the prompt services and from what I can see looks like good work.

Edit: dropped it down another star from 3 to 2 because now (the day after our water heater was installed) our water pressure is about half what it was prior to them coming out and installing the new hot water heater. I am not happy right now.

I had Zach come out and complete a laundry list of fixes we needed done. My husband and I moved in to our new house this weekend, so there was a variety of items that needed attention quickly. Zach took the time to explain every item, every fix with me because I didn't really understand the lingo. He found things wrong with another quote I had gotten and told us we didn't need all the repairs the other plumber had told us about.

He did great! Did work on sinks, our roof with plumbing jacks, snaking drains in the backyard, water heater fixes- will highly recommend!

I've used them for commercial plumbing needs for years. They are always nice and fix the problem efficiently. Most of the time they say they aren't able to make it out the same day if they're busy, but even then they manage to make it out the same day anyway. Under promise and over deliver. I won't call anyone else in OKC for plumbing needs.

Messed up the scheduling of my appt, twice. Also gave me an estimate for work that was unnecessary; got it done with a much simpler repair at a much lower cost.
