I used Brian a few times and he was good. I called him recently a couple of times and he was very rude and did not return my call. It's very unprofessional to not call back a customer that you have worked for before but I would never waste my money with Brian again.

He explained what was causing my kitchen leak, showed me where it was leaking, told me what he could do to fix it (giving me options), and charged a fair price. Brian has been our go-to plumber for several years. We started out with a plumbing project and have had him back for repairs and drain problems. He did a great job on every one of them. Brian knows plumbing, and was able to diagnose a problem (source of a kitchen leak) that others had misjudged. He can also suggest ways to prevent problems, or solve them at a reduced cost. Reliable, friendly, and honest.

Brian came out promptly at the agreed upon time and did the necessary trouble shooting to solve a simple issue with my kitchen faucet. Since this was addressed within his hourly charge time frame, he checked out the rest of the house and showed me how to check and clean all faucet filters myself. Very happy with Brian and Plumb Crazy Plumbers. I was referred to him by a service I occasionally use after another plumber was too lazy to trouble shoot my problem. Plumb Crazy Plumbers was quick, neat and in my opinion honest. I say honest because he did the job with out bringing in the big equipment when he could have and I'd been none the wiser. He actually received a complement from a plumber that came to install my whole house water filtration system because Brian did the pre-work and brought the lines into the house, up to the attic and installed the connectors.
