I called Plumb Crazy on a Saturday on a holiday weekend. There were at least the 5th call I had made trying to get someone to come out and fix an issue I has with a pipe that had rusted through. They answered immediately and said they would give my info to one of their workers and within the next few minutes I had someone calling me saying they could he there in a few hours. Jerry showed up and had the issue fixed within a half an hour. Amazing service! Prompt! Friendly! Great price!

If you do business with Germantown Plumb Crazy, make sure to get a second opinion. They charged me 1400 dollars when all I needed was my water pump primed. They made some few cosmetic changes as though they were necessary, but in reality all that was needed was a new foot valve, about 20 dollars or less, and the tank pressurized. Be careful with this company.

Very disappointed with their customer service. This particular Plumb Crazy came highly recommended by a friend and I see a previous reviewer spoke highly of this company. My experience unfortunately was not positive. They were a no call, no show!

I hired Plumb Crazy 4 times to install a kitchen sink faucet, a bathtub shower valve, to plumb in my tankless water heater and to connect my ice maker fridge. All 4 times we made an appointment and he arrived on time and took care of my issues and got me back in water in a very timely manner. He was very professional, very tidy, and he charged me a very fair price to do the jobs. I like him so much that I hired him to install a toilet for my elderly father so I would not have to do it! I recommend Jody to everyone who asks me for a plumber! Thank you Jody!
