I had a problem with my water tank making loud noise and the switch needed to be replaced. Kevin changed the switch and when I contacted him 2 days later about the noise continuing to happen, he never responded. After 2 weeks he finally responded telling me to hire a ""reputable company"" since he just got a big job and I am not worth his while. He took advantage of a trusting, single woman paying cash; did a half ass job (NOT COMPLETED) and did not feel responsible to either complete the job, or at least respond. Very dishonest, fly by night ""professional"" with poor business conduct and ethics.

First, to this Jaime V. racist (like that?) reviewer who is posting something so inaccurate and inflammatory based on utter stupidity. You don't even live in NJ and you have the wrong name of the owner of Plumb Crazy but are so guided by falsehoods and hate. Why Yelp continues to allow this garbage is beyond me.

On the review of Plumb Crazy. Kevin has competitive pricing and does decent work, but the problem I have is, if you contact him, he says he will show up and in many cases does not, won't even call to tell you he's not coming by and then when you reach out to ask IF he's coming by as promised because you are waiting and wondering - he just says no, maybe tomorrow. And, as you would guess, never hear from him again.

If you can get past all this, hire him. Otherwise find another plumber that will respond and respect your time.

I was recommend to this Plummer by a realtor who uses him. I started to try to get him on 12/11. Kept telling me to call him back he was at a job and couldn't take down my information. I would do this more then once. Being he was recommend I wanted to give him a shot. Well it's the 12/27 and he still yet to make an appointment or return my call from yesterday. Now I have to start all over finding someone else.

Just had a small job done by Kevin Kaiser. Responsive, polite, respectful, and yes, a tad crazy, but knows his stuff. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, installed it, shower works perfectly again! Very reasonable too! Highly recommend him!

Can't tell you how happy I am to have found Keven. It was 7:30 on a Sunday he picked up the phone and was at our house in a half a hour when he said it would be a hour WOW!!!!!!!. His work was clean and neat and the price was great. Thank you so much Keven!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
