The worst! Plum crazy had to fix my apartments water heater. Unfortunately where they needed to gain access to it was right outside my apartment I heard the man through my window cussing being inappropriate smoking right outside my door instead of going to the smoker section to smoke. the smoke carried in through my door and stunk. I think that the men working had no clue what they were doing I overheard one of them saying I don't know how to do this... do not hire them!

Plumb Crazy was the absolutely WORST plumbing service ever. I called for an appointment to have my leaking outside water bib repaired since it was leaking into our basement. The appointment was on a Friday between 1-4 pm and I took off work so I could be home for the plumber. Well, I get a call around 3 pm saying they had other customers and they weren't going to make it and wanted to reschedule....I asked about Saturday because I needed to have it fixed immediately. Well, they said it would be double time because it's Saturday and I stated I took a day off of work to be home and what about compensating me for that....well, they said they would be here on Saturday between 11 am -1 pm....at normal price...well, 1 pm came and went and I called their service and they said they were calling the plumber and he would return my call...well, you know the story by now...no call, no show...this company is the worst ever....go to a plumber like Len the Plumber, who will actually show up!!!!

I spent hours trying to find someone one to fix my gas fireplace. One company came and told me I needed a part from a company that no longer existed. I was in search of a new fireplace when someone suggested I call Plumb Crazy. The service person came, diagnosed my problem, and with the price of a service call, my fireplace was fixed. I did not need a part, and I saved thousands of dollars by not getting a new fireplaces. Top notch and honest service.
