These guys went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did they fix my suspected Sump Pump issue, they also educated me on the root of the issue which was my frozen pipe leading to and from the sump pump. They also informed me how to address anything having to do with the sump pump in the future. Needless to say I did not have replace the unit, which was quite a relief! Their communication was above par on all levels, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing issue.

Outstanding service and professionalism. Emailed a service need and got a call back first thing in the morning! The install went smooth and Daniel showed up right on time. The window of the appointment was comunicated through a phone call and an email. Five stars!

A few hours after the install I had a question about the water heater and both Daniel and Scott came right over. Now thats above an beyond service.

Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy?

Plumb Crazy managed to get me from Point A(hhhh, my $&^*ing water heater broke!) to Point B(ooyah) in less than 24 hours. I submitted a service request online through their website, received a call the next morning, and a technician was at our place 90 minutes later. Within just a few hours, we had a brand spanking new water heater installed *and* had a minor kitchen faucet issue taken care of. All without destroying my wallet.

If you're looking for outstanding plumbing service, look no further. I called Plumb Crazy after hours due to an emergency. I had a corroded water heater extension tank that began spewing out water and flooding the boiler room down in my basement. Scott responded immediately, installed a new extension tank, and even recommended other repairs that I'll be needing in the near future. I also asked him to take a look at a toilet upstairs that wasn't flushing. He had the parts that he needed so he was able to fix that for me right away too. He provided great service at a cost much lower than what other guys in the area would have charged me. Great guy, great service, great company. I highly recommend Plumb Crazy.

Had a very bad backed up sink, ppl have been dumping junk down the disposal for years.. Very annoying.. Draino and store bought snakes didn't work.. Called and talked with Scott, talked about what it might be etc and he explained his industrial grade snake usually does the trick and if not to see where we go from there.

He came within his estimated time frame and even called before arriving to confirm. The industrial grade snake was awesome and did the trick for years of backed up junk in my pipes lol but seriously, never seen that before and glad I finally made the decision to call a professional.

They were Very professional and nice! Would definitely recommend and would use again!

Plumb Crazy returned my call, came out, and had my toilet leak repaired all within about an hour! (I was so happy I didn't have to wait around all day, which probably would have happened with another company.) Scott clearly explained what was going on, worked neatly and quickly, and guaranteed his work. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again!

I have used Plumb Crazy twice and have been more than pleased. They came out the same day I called (non-emergency too!). Once to replace the kitchen sink faucet. Did a great job and very reasonably priced. The second time was to fix a toilet that my son flushed a large plastic cap down. They showed up on time and called beforehand to let me know their ETA (very appreciated) and it was a complicated fix, but they did it! Since it was a tough fix, they gave me several option and estimates to choose from so I knew exactly what I was going to pay. They will be my go to plumbers from now on.

Our kitchen sink backed up last night. UGH! we called this morning and the plumber got here just after 3:00. Originally, they say between 12 and 3 - but they called back and said it would be closer to 3. How often does that happen!?!
They figured out the problem and thankfully had all the parts (including a garbage disposal) they needed in their truck! They explained what they were doing as they went. Very professional and thorough.
So happy that we'll start the new year off with a working kitchen sink!

We've used Plumb Crazy twice now and both times have been completely satisfied.

Just after we purchased our house in 2009, we had them install a replacement sump pump and back-up system in our basement. There had been flooding with the previous owners, which we've never been able to pinpoint exactly what had happened. Our sump is used a lot during heavy or consistent rain.

This past June, I noticed that the water level was extremely high in the sump hole. The main sump wouldn't switch on. It was after 10pm and we scheduled an appointment online, hoping to get a call early the next morning. Within an hour we received a phone call from Scott, the owner. He was willing to come out that night, since we were somewhat worried about flooding, but mentioned that we could save the emergency fee if we could hold off until morning. We decided to wait.

Scott showed up, first thing the next morning, replaced the main pump and lowered them both so the water level wouldn't come up as high. He mentioned that we had a good quality sump and that it shouldn't have failed. Since Plumb Crazy had installed it the last time, he gave us a fair discount on the repair cost.

While he was at our home, we asked him to look at our toilet in the basement. It had a slight leak when flushed. Scott suggested that my husband redo the seal, since he had connected it before, and gave him the parts to do so, free. If it didn't fix it, he would be glad to come out again to take a look.

They are friendly, work efficiently and honest. We appreciate that they are mindful of us saving money, wherever possible.
