Frankly, his service deserves zero stars but there's no such rating available. After failing to correct the problem on the water filtration system, he just stopped returning calls. Afer being paid in full, of course. Poor excuse for customer service. Stay away!

I've used Dan at Plumbcool on two separate occasions and both times he was prompt, communicative, and reasonably priced. The first time I called Dan was to fix a large plumbing issue that my normal contractor couldn't finish (busting up the foundation to replace a sewer line). Dan was able to get it done in time for the new tenant to move in. The 2nd time I called was regarding a broken sewer line; he had it fixed w/in 24 hrs. Both of these experiences with Plumbcool couldn't have gone better - I recommend them.

My experience with this business was very negative. I found them online and used their online scheduling feature as it promised a 10% discount. When I had not heard from them by the middle of the next day, I called the number listed. I left a voicemail message and was called back within a few minutes. Mr. Stout said that he had sent me an email. At this point I assumed the email had simply gone astray somehow.

Mr. Stout promised that he would be at my house that afternoon, sometime after 2:00. (It was then 12:30.). The entire afternoon passed with no word from Mr. Stout. At 4:45 I called his number to ask if he was still planning to come and I gave him the option of rescheduling for the next day....left on voicemail. I heard nothing. That evening I went back to the business website and left another message requesting a phone call the next morning to reschedule. That was 3 days ago. I never heard a word from this man either by phone or email. I hired another company that came out within a few hours of my initial contact.

Obviously this business gets NO stars from me.

These guys' website says the "current response time" is "0 Hours 50 minutes". It also claims "Call Now For Immediate Service!". Yet, when I called and talked to Dan, he said he could help in about an hour and a half... Not bad... Until three and a half hours had passed by and still no show / no call. I called him again; he said he'd see if somebody else could help. That was pretty much the end of it... I never heard back again. I'm pretty sure that "0 Hours 50 minutes" always shows up, and it's probably never accurate. I have no idea how good their work or prices are, but I actually have no evidence that they actually do plumbing work...

So, I used this company back in March when it was just a plumbing company and had a great experience with them. Now, however, I am thrilled that they do both a/c and plumbing. It is like a one stop shop. The thing I love most about this company is that they are priced well below the big competitor type companies. Their work is clean, thorough and definite AFFORDABLE, regardless of what the problem is. They do a free estimate, which is really nice and they keep their word and work ethics at a maximum. Chris just left my house after working for two straight hours after most normal businesses close. I had a water leak in my a/c and he fixed the leak, cleaned up after himself and even cleaned up all of the water that other companies probably would have left for me to do. I say Kudos to this company! They definetely have my business gladly!!!
