Our bathroom was backing up and the clean out outside was full. I called Plumb Clean at 7 in the evening and they actually answered the phone! Luke said he could come out that evening or the next day, which was a Saturday. It was late so I said Saturday worked, he assured me there wouldn't be an extra charge for weekend work. Long story short, we talked for a while, super nice guy and I mentioned I had used a skidsteer on the land next to the house. He immediately asked where and dug down. To confirm the pipe had been cracked from the machines weight. He replaced the entire sewer drain lines, covered it back up and even offered to seed the lawn. His price was such a relief, he was much cheaper than expected and he called and came by to check everything a week later. Will definitely use again!

I want to be able to give a good review, but its just hard to based on my experience.

Pros: Luke showed up originally when he said he would, really nice guy, fair pricing, did more than what was asked, and offered to do more than what was expected. Wore a mask, and left the rough in plumbing in a workable state to get the final work done.

Cons: Our finished plumbing appointment was set to start at 10:00am on a Thursday. We just needed the bathroom sink and tub faucet connected and in working order. We only have this one bathroom and needed it working by Friday (our other bathroom is an airbnb which was set to have guests starting Friday). Luke was delayed, fine, didn't get there until 11:30 but communicated he would be :30 late, not :90 late. Ok, showed up, got what he could get done, but needed additional parts. Ran to the store, took about 2 hours at the store, came back, with another worker. The two of them worked on the tub faucet and sink faucet and drain until about 5:30pm Thursday night and didn't get it completed. Luke said he had another job to get to, but would be back Thursday between 8-9pm. Never communicated he wasn't coming back Thursday night. I reached out, asking if he can come by Friday morning, said he had another project, but would come by after that. I had to call Luke, to get an eta Friday, when we spoke, he said should be around 5:30, at 6:00 he finally texted to say he was leaving his job site, and will be by, google said he was about :45 away. Spoke with Luke around 6:30pm Friday, he said he was waiting on tools from his partner, which should only be :15-:20 minutes. Never heard back from him Friday night. On to Saturday, I sent Luke a message saying how disappointed I was in the work, his communication, sent videos of the issues I was still having. He wrote he would be by around 2pm on Saturday. I asked for him to show up closer to 3pm because I was not going to be home at 2. At 3:45 he said he was filling in a ditch and will be by after. At 6:00pm on Saturday, he said he was leaving in :15, and that was the last time I ever heard from Plumb Clean.

Issues that was left unfinished: Over flow drain in tub left unattached, and broke one of two screws off in female end. Shower flow restrictor was on and couldn't get hot water, only warm water. Bathroom sink was left without the ability to drain. Water pressure in sink on hot was at best 4% of potential 100% pressure.

On Thursday when Luke said he has about :05 left to go, I sent him payment via venmo. I did not look at the progress, didn't think he was going to leave it in inoperable position. He had come by twice before and was pleased with his service. I had paid him before, was pleased with the service. But once he left, he never showed back up, or communicated that he would be back. I have asked for a refund, and have not been paid back yet for his service on Thursday.

I since have had to hire someone else, they came Monday morning at 8am, at the time they said they would, and had completed all the issues I stated above in :45. :45 it took someone else to fix Plumb Cleans issues. :45 and this review would have been a 4 or 5 star. Instead, they took my money without doing the service they were paid to do. Communicated extremely poorly, and did not set expectations of reality. I have future plumbing needs and will go a different direction on those projects.

Great service! Came out in the evening to fix a busted pipe that caused me to have to turn off the water to the house. Repaired it and didn't charge me after hours fees. I was really surprised at how affordable they were. This is my new plumber!!
