I had an appt and admit, I ""plumb"" forgot about it--for whatever reason, I failed to put it in my phone. I called to reschedule figuring there would be some kind of no show fee. The girl that answered couldn't even find me in their computer at first. She told me there would be a charge of $140 for the missed appt and NONE of it would be applied to the rescheduled one. I take responsibility for missing the appt. However, her reason was that they ""lost"" a time slot implied the $140 would pay for MY scheduled time. **Keep in mind, they are within ONE MILE from me** Since when is it difficult to find someone in need of a plumber who needs them ASAP?!? I could understand better if part of the $140 went toward the final charges, but NOTHING?!?!?! I will use Tyree Plumbing from now on and strongly suggest you use anyone BUT Plumb Care!!!!!

**Was told by my landlord of my apt complex they have used Plumb Care for many jobs over the years spending thousands of dollars. After speaking to the owner with no resolution, they will no longer be using them!!

Plumb Care Plumbing has been super easy to work with. They're friendly, professional, and seem to know their stuff. A long time Lynchburg resident and friend recently referred them to us. They have done a few different jobs (gas stove, gas logs, range, and hot water heater install), going above and beyond in customer service. They stepped in when another company dropped the ball. I can't say enough about them. Our family has been completely satisfied with Plumb Care Plumbing.

They supposedly fixed the laundry spigots, but they started leaking after a year. I asked them about it and they said that I would have to pay them to replace them again. Then in February 11, 2020 they replaced my bathtub stems and now a year and three months later they started leaking again, but they said that they're only warrantied for a year and I'd have to pay to have them replaced again. When I told her I thought they was unacceptable she said, ""You are welcome to find someone else to do the work."" So, I will do just that. I'm tired of paying them to fix things the same things over and over again.

I had a very bad experience with Plumb Care Plumbing. I contacted the owner, who was over seas at the time, and without looking into the issue at all, he denied it and wouldn't help any further.

These guys are the best! My full septic alarm sounded... I called another company (nationwide franchise) known for septic issues to check it out. Although the other company showed up in a timely manner, with very little investigation into the real issue, I was told that they needed to pump my septic tank immediately or else I would have sewage backing up into my house by the end of the night. They were going to charge me more than $700 just for pumping my septic tank. Then they were going to dig up my backyard to access the tank and all this would unfold over several days. The total bill was quoted at around $3,500. It just didn't seem right to me, so I called PlumCare and they came out, assessed my problem, and finalized the repairs within 2 1/2 hours without digging up my yard. And the total bill was less than half what the other guy quoted. These guys are the real deal! They've done lots of other work for us in the past too. Thanks Plumb Care!

Plumb Care is always professional always courteous and always goes the extra mile. We had Plumb Care install our acid neutralizer and I've called them for multiple job since. If you're looking for a plumber In central Virginia Plumb Care is the one to call.

Just had them come out to fix a drain on a tub: $275 for 30 minutes of labor. I was told that they had to use two ""kits"" because of all the parts they needed for my specific setup. That was supposed to be $80. I guess that means $400/hr. for labor.

I had a clog and called Plumb Care. They came out and spent about an hour at my house and cleared the clog. They did not use any diagnostic equipment but rather simply cleared the pipe. $400! A month later I had a clog again. I called a second time. The same guy came out and cleared the pipe - again, no diagnostics and I get a bill for $300! Less than a week later - again a clog.

The owner of plumb care shows up and says, ""You need a new main line. That's gonna cost you $2000.""

So I call another plumber for a second opinion. He comes out and actually uses a camera and identifies a blockage. He digs up the pipe, cuts it open, pulls out a giant piece of plastic (which was causing the issue), reconnects the pipe and fills in the dirt. $400. He was here for like 3 hours. Not one problem since.

I have since called Plumb Care multiple times to attempt to discuss the last $300 I owe from their last visit. I have left over 5 messages withe receptionist. NO calls back. NOT ONE. This guy is a crook. Run as far away from them as you can.

We had an excellent first-time experience with Plumb Care Plumbing!

They were puntual & fixed an outdoor, year-long slow dripping water situation within the hour of being here!

The plumber was courteous and through! Seemed to us that they served with integrity. Hope to continue doing buisness with them!

Based on our first time experience, I highly recommend them!
