The owner of this place seems to really go out of his way to help his customers. He is priced super fairly and arrives when scheduled. He has done several projects for me including tankless water installation, disposal work and a bathroom remodel. I highly recommend.

I called Chip on a cold (5 degrees) morning after I realized I had no running water. Chip braved the elements and was avilable to service me when other companies only had voicemails and outsourced call centers. He was able to diagnosis the problem that day, and had the part installed the next day. All this was done in the snow and COLD temperatures. Fair pricing and Chip has a ton of experience!

Did your plumb broke? Call Chip - he is awesome. He responded quickly to my initial request and came out to give us an in person estimate within a few hours. He explained everything that he was going to do and why he was doing it when replacing our water heater. He is very kind and trustworthy. His price for the water heater replacement was fair. He is going to be our go-to plumber from now on.

I found Plumb Broke through Angi. I will not use them again. They came out to clear my sewer main for $180. They came poorly equipped with a 75ft snake that was too short, so they charged me $70 for failing to complete the job. I had to rent a 100fy and get them back out the next day to complete it. They not only charged me the full $180, but another $175 for removing and seating the toilet. Don't use these guys. Their lack of proper equipment costed me 2.5 times what they quoted.

Chip is a great guy. very fair pricing. Available ASAP! We live in a 70's house, so all of the galvanized pipes are rotting away. So far he's replaced the kitchen and both bathroom drains, and bathtub faucet. Saturday nite our main house drain stopped up. We called him Sunday for a Monday appt. When he got here he said ""you shoul'Ve told me the whole house was backed up, I would have come on Sunday"". FYI: I didn't realize that the toilets and shower shared the same drain - so gross! He also gave us tips on how to NOT let that happen again!
