They were highly priced. Once the service techs left my home, he had muddy foot prints across my new bathroom tile and wood flooring. I had to clean up after their mess. This is a horrible plumbing company. They need to get themselves together. I highly don't recommend this company.

I own a property in Panama City and got this company to quote (before Hurricane Michael) then because they missed something off the quote had to get them to try and revise the quote. Then the boss Tom gave excuses as to why the quote was not quoted correctly (it was a bunch of BS) but as we were desperate and we had waited weeks (after hurricane Michael) they revised quote and it was 2.5 times more than the original quote. They are crooks. $645.00 to change one tub faucet. It took them four hours and the cost of the faucet was around $30.00. So the labor charge was over $150.00 an hour. Was not given itemized receipt just the final cost. I would not use this company again.

Had appointment they never showed up an never called to let us know they couldn't make it. Had to give the appointment make our # 3 times and still no call. Will never call them again

22-2403 They were reasonable and were flexible in working with our appliance delivery schedule as they hooked up our conversion of gas stove and dryer from electric appliances. We ran into some issued but they worked through them and finished the job satisfactory. They had previously installed our gas hot water heater so I'd say we were satisfied and would recommend them to friends and family.
