I finally found a plumber that I can utilize in the future! Freddie and Nadel re-mounted my toilet and it's working perfectly. They had to do some tile cutting and pipe adjustments because the flange was almost 2 inches above the floor. They were quick, clean and professional. I'm located in Downey and it's been a struggle to find a plumber that I would want to bring back for future jobs. From the moment I made the call to the end of the job, Nadel and his team were courteous and professional. I highly recommend their services.

Between the two properties I own, I have been through many plumbers. I have only found one in many years that is excellent, but he is out of town and I had a leak in the wall....so I took the recommendation of my insurance company. I'm so glad I did! I had to have the job complete today and was concerned I wouldn't reach anyone, but Nadel (not sure of spelling) answered the phone --exceptional in today's world. The two plumbers he sent showed up on time, were patient, explained everything clearly, gave me choices, helped move photos and furniture, and took the time to cover the room with plastic (as they had to knock out plaster wall).
They assured me they would finish replacing the pipes and the job would be complete today. I'm so grateful it's done and we have water on again! Marc the plumber that did the job and his helper had the kindest disposition. The same as their boss. I recommend this company highly!

I used to give them 5 stars but they went downhill :( I needed my kitchen sink snaked recently and they wouldn't return my calls or texts. I had to hire a new plumber that I'm very happy with. Unfortunate because Plumb Bee used to be great :(

If there's anything that this company needs a review on it's their honesty and hard work! We had a leaking pipe in our front yard which took forever for us to fix because the city shut off valve was broken. Once we finally got that fixed plumb bee tried super hard to squeeze us in that day -!; they did! So thankful for them and their honest pricing.

It's a Sunday, there's a Pandemic going on, and Plumb Bee was prompt, helpful and got the job done in record time.
The plumber wore a mask, which is HIGHLY IMPORTANT to us, and we thank this business for being careful of our safety and theirs.

It's true it was only a spewing pressure relief valve, and the nice person on the phone wanted to be sure we didn't want to just do it ourselves with some advice, but we don't wanna.
The time from phone call to arrival was about an hour, very reasonable especially considering it's Sunday. Actual time on job: about 45 minutes, including replacement valve, turning everything back on, and checking the water heater in the front house.
We're very impressed with the courtesy, speed, and overall friendliness of both employees of Plumb Bee we dealt with, and will definitely call them again when we need a plumber.
