Very disappointed. We have used Kevin for our plumbing needs in our old home and had received good service and communication. Recently we purchased a new home and needed help. We have left a number of messages the past two to three months. We have not heard back. It is frustrating since we have to find another plumber. This is unusual for Kevin. Just hope that everything is OK.
