Put in gas line from garage to backyard bbq. Thought it was a good job. Started smelling gas. Called and they sent someone out. He said there was no gas leak. Sent bill which should not have been sent. They said they would remove it. Gas smell continued for weeks. Finally called SDGE. They found the leak Plotke caused when installing the line. SDGE has turned off our gas and won't turn it on until the leak is repaired. Plotke emergency line doesn't return our calls. Called SDGE and they said call another plumber. They said I shouldn't wait until Monday and that if a plumber can't detect a gas leak I should be concerned about using them. I am very upset

Clara helped us over the phone with a overflow crisis. She talked us through every
step and kept us calm as we diagnosed the problem over the phone, then directed us
to solve a drain problem.
