Leah R.My aunt has purchased ALL her bathroom products here for years. She just redid her entire bathroom and went here for everything. She purchased a faucet aerator key kit for $26 from them but found the same kit for $6 at home depot. The kit was unopened unused and not damaged. She asked this place to return it they told her ""we would have to charge you a restocking fee"" the restocking fee was $20!
not good customer service.
