Twice this company has saved me from plumbing disasters. Once I was faced with a long holiday weekend without a working kitchen sink due to a broken garbage disposal. I called the company at 11 am on the Friday before a holiday. The disposal was replaced by 3 pm. Last Friday I had a toilet disaster which devolved into a biohazard. I called the company at noon. The new parts were installed (on an ancient toilet) by 4. I really can't say enough good things about this company. They are responsive and efficient. I honestly don't know how their prices compare to other companies' but I don't care. To get urgent problems addressed within hours is worth gold. Highly recommended.

Came oht to fix a running toilet and a a sink stop, fixed nothing and said he needed to get parts. Had a friend come over who looked at each, fixed the sink stop in 5 mins, and had the part for the running toilet ordered on Amazon in another 5. It turned out to be an obvious but simple replacement of a degrading part and should take any plumber 10 seconds to identify.

This ""professional"" took money and did literally nothing for it. Literally. Nothing. Zero stars. Do not recommend unless you like finding a crook.

PLEASE read the other reviews (particularly Jane D. from 2020)... I wish I had! I hired Pletsch because it was a local, independent, woman-owned company. However, DO NOT hire this business. It turns out that the owner is a very rude person with some of the worst customer service I've experienced.

I had a sewer drain/main line blockage and called Pletsch. Kellie and her associate came out and snaked the main line to the property line. This went fine and was uneventful (the snake came back relatively clean) and they left. Days later, sewer smell remained in the back yard and sinks inside continued to drain slowly. She advised me to pull up the deck boards to inspect outdoor drains. This I did and discovered some sewage overflow that was causing the odor and cleaned it up. I also discovered that the drain pipe from the roof gutter was filled with soil, which I cleaned out as far as I could reach and called to ask if they could take care of the rest.

Her response was... No. She said ""Why would I work outdoors when I can make the same amount of money working indoors."" My response was that sometimes plumbing problems extend outside the house, as she pointed out to me during her previous visit. That said, I noted that I understood... it is clearly up to her to decide what work to accept.

I suggested, however, that it might be helpful with managing future client expectations to let them know up front that if a part of the problem was outside the house, they would not address it. (If I would have been made aware, I could have selected a plumber willing to pursue and correct the entire problem, regardless of inside or out). After getting more pushback from Kellie, I asked if she thought my expectation to be informed up front about their limitations of work was unreasonable.

She then simply said that she was done talking to me and hung up.

A plumber came out, they assessed the two situations I had, but neither issue was fixed or even improved. 450 dollars later, I'm in the same situation. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Pletsch Plumbing is a small company run by people who care about making the customer happy. They replaced my furnace and hot water heater with a combined machine that takes up less space and uses less natural gas. They were a lot easier to deal with than the huge companies that make the customer go thru layers of bureaucracy to talk with a technician. There were a few hiccups that they dealt with smoothly. I will definitely work with them again when I need a plumber.

If I could give this business zero stars I would. I requested their services to do stopgap repairs on a leaky faucet and to evaluate what I would need to do for permanent repairs to the faucet and broader plumbing. The plumber appeared to fix the leak but his assessment to replace the leaking faucet included ripping out a wall, and replacing the toilet and the bathroom plumbing in its entirety, all to address the leaky faucet. ""Bathroom remodel"" was quoted multiple times. 24 hours later, the ""temporary"" repair was worthless with water pouring out in multiple places and the situation much worse than before the plumber came. I then spoke to a neighbor who had plumbing repairs done in his condo with the same pipe set up. No walls needed to be torn out, no bathroom remodel. In fact, the plumber was so incompetent he couldn't tell the difference between a wall bolt and a water pipe. If I had hired them for the bigger project they would have torn out a whole wall that had no plumbing in it.

When I contacted the company to see if they could address the leaking faucet issue they did not fix, I was literally yelled at and was told it was my fault I waited too long to fix it. When I tried to explain the plumbing set up, the woman told me she didn't want to hear it, didn't care that her plumber couldn't tell the difference between a water pipe and a wall bolt, then hung up on me. I have never been treated so rudely as a client/customer in my entire life, let alone yelled at and berated. It was unbelievably shocking and a terrible experience. And I was charged $350 to be left with a bigger mess than when I started. Do NOT use this business.

Pletsch Plumbing diagnosed and replaced a toilet very quickly recently, making my tenant delighted! They have provided excellent, quality services for 7 years. I've called them when I need something done long term, as well as right away. They do a great quality job.

Friendly staff but disappointing service. Billed for two service calls for a fix that should've taken one.

I called Pletsch to repair a broken garbage disposal. I was charged and told it was fixed but a couple of weeks later (after zero uses) the disposal was still broken. It became apparent that the initial repair had been an (expensive) temporary fix and that the unit needed to be completely replaced. They returned and replaced the unit, offering a discount (amounting to a partial refund of the first repair).

I requested a full refund for the initial repair. After several emails, the request was denied. Since they should have replaced the unit to begin with, it seems poor business practice to make the customer pay for their mistake.

Not the worst experience I've had with a plumber but definitely wouldn't recommend them.

IO do not recommend this plumber.

I get it that contractors need a four hour window to keep an appointment, but I do expect that a contractor will have the requisite parts in the truck for repairs. In my case, the plumber did not have an uncommon diameter toilet flange - in spite of our emailing a picture - which meant a return trip at extra hourly rate the next day.

Worse, Pletsch Plumbing demanded a credit card ""to secure payment"" prior to completion of the job and warned that there would be a 3% premium if the final invoice were paid with my Visa.

The quality of their work was good. Their business practices need improvement.
