I callled on a recommendation, as the local plumber was unavailable. It was an emergency replacement of the hotwater heater under the kitchen cabinet; not an easy location. They came promptly; they were neat and professional, and staid with the job until done even though it included replace of a base cabinet that had rotted. I would have given them a Five Star rating but for the twice as expensive water heater [rf. Home Depot] that was billed.

I have used this company twice now for their plumbing services. Once to fix my hot water heater and the second to fix plumbing under my sink. Their receptionist is always friendly and accommodating.

Both times the plumbers were on time, knowledgeable and professional. The pricing was fair and I appreciate their level of service. I hope to not need additional repairs but if I do they will be the first ones I call.

Pleasant Valley Plumbing came to our home on 5/29/2018 to assess the installation of a hot water heater. We purchased a new hot water heater from Lowe's,same size and dimension as the old one. Pleasant Valley Plumbing wanted to inspect the install area in advance. John, from Pleasant Valley Plumbing, arrived at 9:15am. He took measurements, checked the wiring, told my husband and I, that installing the new unit with new flexible braided hoses would be fine. He gave no indication that there would be any problems. I called Pleasant Valley Plumbing, spoke with Laura, arranged for the unit to be installed on 6/1/2018 between 11am - 1pm. Again, there was no indication that there was a problem. I gave Lowe's the installation appointment time. Lowe's said everything would be waiting for Pleasant Valley Plumbing to pick up at the store. At 12:30pm on 6/1/2018, I called Pleasant Valley Plumbing to inquire about when to expect their technicians? To my surprise, I was told that they would not be coming to install the unit. The woman that answered the phone said that Lowe's had pulled the job from them, then she states that Pleasant Valley Plumbing had a problem with using new flexible braided hoses but she didn't really know, then she states that Lowe's was suppose to call me to let me know the installation would not happen. She claimed she checked with Lowe's twice to make sure. I called Lowe's to verify her statements. Lowe's had no idea the installation was cancelled.
Bottom-line: Pleasant Valley Plumbing said there were no problems installing the new hot water heater. An appointment was made directly with Pleasant Valley Plumbing and we strongly feel that they should have been the ones to call us to cancel the appointment. We did not use Lowe's as a middleman to schedule either appointment and Pleasant Valley Plumbing certainly had no trouble calling us to ask if they could come earlier than the 10am originally scheduled appointment time on 5/29/2018.

I was completely surprised by the 25 minute early arrival of John(owner) and his efficiency and professionalism. They had our old microwave removed and new one installed in less than 30 minutes. He cleaned as he worked and had an equally professional assistant helping throughout the process. I highly recommend this home improvement company. Amazing & a great service! Very nice and professional. My water heater issue with temperature. Not giving me hot water as should be and I did try adjusting temperature myself but it did work. This company came out to my house and checked out. They figured out that last company who came to fix my water heater and did the wiring wrong and backward. So they fixed and now I got hot water as I wanted to have. Yay!! They were very friendly and calm. They explained to me very well and took care the business very professionally.
