Roto Router was recommended to me by a business acquaintance. Nicole, was the first person I was in contact with. I found her to be so incredibly professional, caring & considerate. She provided, for me, a source of great reassurance; as I was entering this new ""situation"". Chris is the person who came to my home to take care of the plumbing task. On a scale of 1-10, Chris is a 12 !! His knowledge & ability, to correctly do the job, is unprecedented (in my humble opinion). He patiently explained each of his steps along the way. The overall pricing is extremely fair. I was treated w/honesty & respect. Never once did I feel as if I was being taken advantage of. ROTO ROUTER ROCKS !!

Early last week our sump pump wasn't working properly so we called these guy in and what a big mistake that was. We ended up replacing the main pump and the technician indicated the backup pump was working fine. After the technician was done installing the main pump the backup was NOT working at all. He indicated he didn't know why that was and turned to me and actually said ""you don't have to worry about that backup pump since the one I just put in will last a while"". I couldn't believe he said that to me (I mean what's a backup pump for if we can't use it) and was going to leave without fixing a pump that was working when he arrived. I pushed him and asked more questions and he finally said he would take another look and he spotted the problem right away. There was another issue with getting a detailed receipt. It took five or six emails to their office in an attempt to get a receipt for the services provided and what we paid for parts before Kelsey finally indicated she would have a manager reach out to me. For some strange reason she wasn't able to get that to me. We finally received a decent receipt yesterday. We have used Roto Rooter in other areas outside of NY and never had any issues but we're done with them now!

Gibby was fast, friendly and great at his job. Great experience with them. Highly recommend if you need someone to come to you ASAP, which you probably do if you're reading this.
