I'm writing this review from a different state, which is why I am giving 5 FULL stars.

My husband and I are on vacation and received a call at 7 pm that the bathtub in our daughters' bathroom wouldn't turn off. We called our neighbors, who were able to get the water to the house off ... but that left my 2 kids and their caretakers without water!

I called Platinum and while I didn't get anyone on the phone, I did receive a text immediately after the missed call. I was able to coordinate with them on a visit to my house this morning (Sunday).

Nick showed up, evaluated the situation, and diagnosed with great accuracy. My mom (who is holding down the fort), said that Nick was very easy to work with and was super straightforward.

The cost was less than what we expected (and what he quoted us at), which is a dream when you aren't there to check/double check.

He gave us several options from temporary fix to forever fix all with the cost associations.

We ended up going with the forever fix, and within 2 hours the work was done.

We will 100% be using Platinum in the future, and are grateful for how honest and fast they were at getting this resolved!

I'm completely offended that Platinum plumbing would tell me that they don't charge the amount I stayed as I have a text from the owner with that exact quote.
Glad I never allowed a company with zero integrity in my home. Far too many honest plumbers in the Southlake area to even consider these liars.. BEWARE!

Really impressed with the service from Platinum Plumbing. Fast response time, courteous and professional demeanor. Nick was both knowledgeable and super friendly. Thought I might have a slab leak but was relieved to find that wasn't the case. Nick's careful and thorough explanation of the situation did a lot to ease my worries. I would strongly recommend both Platinum Plumbing in general and Nick Lancaster specifically for any plumbing needs you might have. Keep up the great work guys!

This is the best plumbing company!!!! We were in desperate need of a plumber to install a new tankless heater. We had previously had two other plumbing companies out over the last two months that were incompetent. I contacted Brandi and she immediately handled the situation and was able to come the following morning. Nick (owner) and a master plumber came out with Rob and installed the new heater. It was a difficult job changing out and modifying the new gas line and piping. They were very professional, knowledgeable and very affordable. This is a family owned business and the service is unbelievable. Thank you again.

I am so thankful for the response to my call at 6:00 PM and response within 45 minutes. Needless to say without the quick response time, we would have been without water! Nick provided an estimate over the phone and repaired my broken water valve, and for less than what he quoted. I highly recommend Nick for the quality of work, honest quote, and quick service!

We have used Platinum Plumbing for a number of projects over the past year. Nick Lancaster does outstanding work! He replaced two hot water heaters, fixed a pipe leak, re-routed a return hot water line due to a slab leak (huge project) and also replaced all of the turn-off valves in our house. He follows through on his time commitments and is fair with his project estimates. Brandi Lancaster does all of Nick's scheduling and she does a great job keeping Nick on track. Nick and Brandi make an awesome team and it a true pleasure working with both of them.
